Thickness
I bought 2 packs and used every single one of them. I went through the first pack and everything was great they were great, but then I realized that they're too thin and it's burning the shisha so I had to put 2 fouls on top of each other and poke holes again. They're not as thick as it says they are...

not enough holes
i purchased it at a hookah shop to try out and while it was good the pre poked holes were too far apart. after poking some holes myself it worked great.
