I love these. We got the remotes so everyone could control lights in living room. The 75 watt equivalent is nice and bright at its highest setting. I bought about 4 bulbs and have 4 remotes, so that is handy. Each remote works for all bulbs. Occasionally, it would interfere with my vizio sound bar. (I hit the volume remote for sound bar and one lamp might go purple, and then once or twice I might have to reset output on sound bar, but this is minor annoyance given the price of the bulbs). I also got the phone app set for my bedroom which just works from your phone. However the phone app version gives you much more control and programming, and is easier to program and group lights together, set up color sequencing, disco etc. The downside to phone app version is that it only works with one phone from what I could figure out). Its incredibly gratifying to be able to control all lamps in living room with remote, and warm setting is perfect. Dimmer is great feature too. I bought two sets and one bulb did not seem to work, but seriously I did not care.

I absolutely love these lights. They do anything you could want them to, not that I would even want all that. But if I did, they do it. I simply bought them for the convenience of being able to read in bed and not having to get up and turn on my over head light, now I just use my remote to do so. As soon as the box arrived I opened it and screwed the bulbs in, as my light fixture takes 2 bulbs (both bulbs work off one remote, so you can have a remote, and if you have a partner, they can have one one their bed table too, or you can keep one elsewhere in the house, whichever) and started using right away with no fuss. Just remember to remove the plastic battery protector from the remote. Every function with the lights work. Even the timer. I bought a second set as a gift for my mother. She is going to love them as her overhead light pull chain on her fan is unreachable so she hasn't been able to use her lights in her bedroom in ages. I highly recommend this product. And the brightness is amazing. I was very pleased with how bright the bulbs got. Very amazing product and deal. I will be buying more as needed. Nov. 2019UPDATE*** 2022 MARCH 11th still shining strong no bulb replacement needed yet at all! The remote needed new battery finally, but that was a easy fix. Bought a 10 pack of 2025 lithium V3 batteries for 8.99I now have these lights in my moms room. And now have bought another set for a back up. I am more then pleased with their longevity and brightness!!!

I am a repeat purchaser of these bulbs, and currently use several of them in my home in Nevada. They really provide some great color and variety when you have white walls.I wanted to add a few of these bulbs to lamps in my summer home in Michigan to pump up the tone of my sunset-colored walls.Delivery was fast and the bulbs appeared to be in good condition. Unfortunately, one bulb didn't light. The other bulb seems to be fine and works great. I have already requested a replacement from Amazon, but that's a bit of a hassle.One issue with these bulbs/remotes is that when you're progressing through the entire spectrum of color with the COLOR + or - buttons, they will sometimes get stuck on a color (appears cool-white/purple). I have had this "stuck" situation last for several days. I have always been able to free up the color by pushing the R, G, B (red, green, blue) preset buttons several times after re-connecting the bulb to power, sometimes having to disconnect it for a few days. During the "stuck" condition, the remote does nothing for the stuck bulb. No ON/OFF, NADA!Knowing what I know, when I receive new bulbs, I set the bulb to the color I prefer for the lamp, set the color as a preset on the remote, and then just use the preset buttons. Doing that, I manage to avoid the "stuck' situation.That being said, I really do like these bulbs, given the great range of color (good true orange as opposed to other brands that have an orange/green tint) and the ability to switch to both a warm white, and a cool white that is actually bright enough for reading. I will definitely continue buying this brand.

I ordered this and initially I had an issue with the remote control. I got in touch with support and let them know my problem. They were very patient and helped me solve my issue. What an incredible support team!!The bulbs have a brightness control and plenty of hues to select from. Great price and amazing support, I’ll be sure to give Govee more business in the future!

The light bulbs were great when I first got them, but when the batteries in the remote died and I purchased new batteries and put them in the remotes still don’t work. I put in the same type of battery and they’re in the correct way, but for some reason it won’t work anymore. I’m glad I kept it at a light blue so I can still use the light bulbs normally by turning the lamp on and off but I just wish I could get the full experience still. I loved being able to have fun and play around with the colors and adjust the brightness.

I like that I can save my favorite setting instead of having to click thru both the colors and brightness to get the one I use most often. I wish that I could save a few but it is definitely a great feature. I also like the individual red, blue and green buttons seperate from the entire spectrum controls. I learned that green light helps a headache and when I got one, it was easy to get to the green. One click and my headache was cut in half! My only complaint is that the lowest setting isn't very dim at all. I usually dim my lights close to bedtime as part of my winding down routine. I found one of the colors that works enough but I'd prefer the soft white. I don't use the other color changing settings, fast or slow, they are extras that I didn't need but couldn't find another smart bulb with the features I particularly wanted for a decent cost. Otherwise it's a good price for a good product.
