Good Value and very easy to use
I followed the Cookbook to made a sandwich bread just slightly reduced a little bit salt and half milk half water. The result was really good. The dough result was also very good. I made the Hong Kong Style - Coconut Buns and Sausages Buns. My husband loves it.

Makes great Bread
Bought this as a back up to my sage because I can,t get a paddle for the sage. It arrived yesterday so in the evening I gave it a try. I used the recipe book provided and made the 800 g basic bread. It would be better in my opinion if the ingredient were in teaspoons, just seen that in the instruction manual there is the amount in g and teaspoons. for the small amounts, It says 1.5g of yeast, I don,t have a scale that can measure that light so I added 1/4 teaspoon, it didn,t look like much so I added another 1/4 teaspoon. During the dough mixing it looked very wet and sloppy so I expected to throw away a horrible wet mess, What a surprise, the bread was probably the best I have ever had and no milk powder was in the recipe. If it makes loaves big enough for you BUY one.

Good, but broke after 6 months
Great bread maker, easy to use, served us well. Unfortunately something broke inside mine after 6 months and it stopped turning. However, the seller ZHE were amazing and very quickly responded to my email and without any fuss arranged a full refund which I used to purchase another. So I can't dock anymore than 1 star even though mine did fail on me.

Average, does its job but not spectacular
Unfortunately, I've had to now dispose of this machine because its blade constantly detatching. The fixture for it is very loose and so the blade always gets baked into your bread and must be removed, which is not ideal, because said bread then has a big hole in the middle, making some of your slices very dodgy. In a rush to get to work one day, I disposed of an old now stale loaf that I had in the tin, and of course, the blade went with it without me realising. And when I next went to bake a loaf the next week, I had a useless machine, and a blade that is probably in a tip somewhere. If you're okay with that, it makes alright bread, though the result was more coarse and less floofy than the previous machine I had which eventually died after 8 years (using the same brand of mixture).

Excellent
Excellent bread maker! Have tried this with packet mix and every time works perfect. Machine is not very heavy, small and compact, good looking machine. Seed/fruit dispenser is a bonus. Have tried other bread makers in the past and none were as good as this. So good I bought another for a gift!
