Really THICK too. So great value for money compared to their books. Forget their books guys, just buy these lol. It's just like a book it has a REALLY thick cover. Don't buy their much more expensive books, buy these. I LOVE these things. I wasn't expecting it so like a book I thought it might be flimsy and need to be put into a cover, but it DOESN'T guys. It's a book in it's own right.

Looks pretty good, but I've purchased it in December 2020 and they've sent me the 2020 version (it's mostly undated, but there are dated calendars in the front). It's not a disaster, since both 2020 and 2021 are printed, but it's an annoyance when it's not the cheapest of planners.I may be back to update once I've tested pens and inks, but I wanted to give people who're thinking of buying a heads up, in case they want to wait.

Always check the Scribbles that matter website as well as here as they are sometimes cheaper with a better choice. Proper white paper pages and so thick there us no shadowing.

I love it. Black paper is amazing. It is a book with a hard board front and back cover. It doesn't really need the separate cover that is available. It also comes in a cardboard sleeve that's white with a dot grid so easy to personalise. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the product. :)

I was a tad skeptical when it arrived as I didn't quite realise just how much was already pre filled. After watching a video and a bit of planning I think this is going to be great and less stressful than making layouts from scratch. Still totally customisable and fits lovely in the cover I got separately.

Really great insert, excellent quality - the paper is lovely and smooth, it's really well put together and feels very sturdy. It's quite different to the old A5 bullet planner, and not really for me, so I'm using the 2019 again and changing dates, but if you're looking for a simple layout done for you, but the ability to put in your own dates and days then this is perfect. Lots of blank dotted pages (front, back and two double in each month) means you can personalised it like you can't work other diaries. Great choice of sleeves for it too, plenty of colours!

Although this is advertised to be a journal insert, it’s perfect how it is! I believe the front is hard enough to keep it protected enough,& the pages are a great thickness & are white in colour (which I’ve struggled to find in bullet journals)I hope this helps someone!

The slide our box that the insert comes in is almost worth the purchase price by itself!? I’m obsessed! It’s filled with black outlined drawn doodles that you can color in- I used alcohol markers on mine and it came out beautifully! The second one I tried adding Sakura gel pen detailing over the alcohol markers and I just could not be patient enough to wait foreverrrrrr for something to dry before I was accidentally smearing it so I won’t be using those again in these cases! I had bought two inserts (160gsm) and have barely even touched the inserts themselves; however I’ve opened both just to get to the box they came in so I could color them lol! I am already wanting more of them for that reason alone lol. Hopefully the designs change up though- that would be fun and you’d definitely have me hooked for life ;pOn top of just the box- the insert itself feels sturdy/ durable, is very well bound with the string bindings- so all throughout the insert- no matter wheee you open, it definitely lays flat. The paper is bright white which is a MUST for me and the dots are faint yet just dark enough for designing. I also really love how the dot in the very center of the page is actually a tiny plus sign to show the exact center easily but absolutely without distraction. The pages are thick and thus far have not bled with ANY thing I’ve used- and I have used literally any and all and every type of pen/ marker/ fountain pen/ highlighter/ brush pens/ permanent pens (oh wait! Haven’t tried sharpie!? Wow I’m kind of disappointed with myself.. I will update once tried!) and have not found anything to bleed through the pages (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF alcohol markers but that’s to be expected obviously) (Would be incredible for STM to test out/ play around with selling coated 160gsm or higher- versions that would NOT bleed with alcohol markers- plus I believe it’d be the first of its kind as I have yet to find any dot grid notebook/ journals that even come close to having marker paper!!) The insert fits inside the cover perfectly of course (as well as the Midori clear covers which I just like to have a few of - at around $5bucks each!?- to keep my next-to-be-used inserts in (however that was before I saw the incredible box they come in.. lol!) but they still fit perfectly and are nice for whatever other reasons I seem to always find that I need them for!)

I love the layouts. And I'm actually surprised that I got 12 blank pages. I had thought it was only 6. Also the numbers start after the yearly overview and that's amazing! I'm just a little confused at the GSM for this one I thought it was 160 but it seems to be less, it's ok though because I get that paper feel that I miss.

After a hectic year of STM releasing a weird coated paper and then the 160gsm/160pg version, the old 100gsm/200pg paper is BACK as this insert. I am so happy!!!Compared to the 160gsm/160pg version for the iconic and pro regular journals, this paper is thinner, there is more ghosting (which makes sense...this is 100gsm!!!), and does not feel like writing on cardboard. And there are more pages! This paper is also a cream/ivory color, where the 160gsm/160pg journal (NOT insert, I don't know about the 160gsm insert as I don't wan't it) is a brighter white color (see the attached image).It is a bummer that the insert costs about the same as the old journals, and you have to buy a cover separately. However, other covers for A5 journals (such as Hobonichi cousin or MD Midori A5 plastic covers, which I personally tested) WILL fit these inserts.

I know there are tons of blackout dotted notebooks out there, but I'm a fan of this brand so I decided to try it out. It's very sleek, the paper is super smooth, dot grid, the cover is nice and sturdy without being thick and bulky. It fits the sleeve perfectly and I can't wait to start using it.

Déçue car ce n'est pas ce que je cherchais, car il faut un protège bullet avec. Donc retour sans souci.Ça reste du très bon papier qui ne traverse pas avec des feutres ou même de la peintureJe recommande donc ce bullet.
