Keeps my sulcata warm
I have a large tortoise. I put a towel over it to keep him warm in the winter. Has worked great for years. Very safe.

Don't work under water
I bought this because it says u can put it in water and really u can't, so I returned it. I was very disappointed when I got it and read the instructions, so if ur looking 4 a heater u can put n water this won't work.

Great for a smaller tank
While I expected something a bit more substantial, this product is greater than it looks at first glance. It is a bit too small for the larger tank that we have, but it does do the trick with a glass top on the tank to hold some heat. We have a long 30 gallon for hermit crabs. The price is definitely right for what we received, as well.

Not that great too hot for most reptiles
There really is no warm to hot it stays the same temp no matter where adjusted too
