Not much to say
I bought this book as a required textbook for a course, then the professor found what she considered a better one for us to use.

Lightweight intro to cataloging.
This is a pretty lightweight introduction to cataloging. Not bad, but if you are looking for comprehensive, this isn't it.

The LIS Book You Need for Understanding MARC, AACR2, and RDA standards
Welsh's text on library cataloging is the book I received as part of my required reading in my MLIS program years ago. It's well written and covers all the details (often to a fault in its dense detailing) of AACR2, RDA, MARC and other cataloging and Technical Services standards for the modern library. The book definitely helped me to get a better grasp of how to apply such standards in my work at various library technical service and cataloging units over the years

Very good book for cataloging
Very good book for cataloging. I needed it for a grad level cataloging class. I know little about cataloging and it helped explain the different approaches in a concise manner. An easy book to pick up and flip to the sections that explain what you are looking for. Worth keeping close by. Sadly, the book is very expensive and hard to find.
