Banza makes my favorite gluten free mac & cheese with this product. I used to love Velveeta shells & cheese, but my body didn't appreciate it. While the taste of the cheese sauce isn't the same, it still hits the convenience + tasty factor without causing GI issues. The use of chickpea pasta also makes it a higher protein & fiber option than most GF pastas. My only complaint is that it's sometimes hard to find & is frequently out of stock!

My kids are diabetics and love their mac n cheese. This definitely fills the craving without the glucose spike. The water gets really foamy when boiling, that's my only complaint, and this box size will feed a few people, maybe three teens?, definitely too much for one person, but not enough for our whole family of four, and having this reheated doesn't taste as good as leftovers. Despite all this, our new favorite way to eat mac n cheese. Looking to try other variations of Banza!

This is a seemingly healthier alternative from regular mac and cheese boxes out there. Chickpea is a good plant source protein so it definitely feels better indulging in your favorite mac and cheese.

This is not vegan but it got substituted for the vegan one in my order. :( and apparently amazon and Whole Foods no longer carry the vegan versions.

This is the BEST BANZA PASTA. It doesn’t require milk, just the squeezeable cheese. This is my go to pantry staple and quick dinner. I don’t even think about it not being “real” Mac and cheese. I can’t believe I’m even writing a review and Mac and cheese, but it’s SO GOOD.

I LOVE the original version and thought this was a larger box of that. I was sadly mistaken when I noticed there was a squeeze packet of velveeta cheese instead. Don’t judge Banza Mac and cheese off this (unless you like velveeta/nacho cheese). Try the original with powdered cheese to add to milk and butter. In my opinion, the original is 5/5 stars, while this is gross!I’ll use the noodles with my own sauce and toss the velveeta cheese packet.
