I have been ordering and using this toothpaste for brushing my teeth for several months now. I have braces installed, and therefore it was important for me to find a high-quality product that would not cause plaque to form on my teeth due to the braces installed. This toothpaste was perfect for my husband and me to care for braces. I am completely satisfied with this product. In some reviews, I saw that the product has a high price. This may be true, but it is important to remember that a high-quality and good product will never be cheap.

If you follow NHS guindance to "spit don't rinse" it means a small amount of toothpaste will stay in your mouth so that the fluoride can work. This is great at controlling plaque but gives me heartburn unfortunately.
