Q: What rod would be best for this curtain i want to be able to pull curtain all the way to one side i.it seems you would need bracket in center of rod

I love this curtain. It is on a single rod and the curtain is light enough that we did not use a middle bracket. Any curtain rod from your local department will do just fine.

Excellent question. Due to the fact that the curtains are hanging, it would be difficult the measure from top of grommet to bottom of curtain. However, the true length of the curtain from top to bottom is 84 inches. It was easy for me to measure the curtain from the top of the fabric to the top of the grommet and that measurement was 1.5 inches. I hope this helps you out. I have had to lower some drapery rods due to the fact that the rods were installed so high over the top of the window frame that the curtain appeared to be too short.

I have blinds, changed to these heavy beautiful blackout curtains, keep cold out out, and great privacy!! Did not need the blinds.

Q: On the white panel is the backing white?

I'm assumng it is white. I'm, only "assuming," because I bought chocolate color and the backing on mne is the same chocolate color.
