PATHETIC QUALITY & POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
PURCHASED IN NOV & THE GRANITE COATING STARTED COMING OFF WITHIN A MONTH OF USAGE INSPITE OF FOLLOWING USAGE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY POOR & THE CALL CENTER APPOINTED FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IS VERY INEFFICIENT & WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Best non-stick pan, but its handle is a very big problem.
I bought it in July 2016 and at first I was so happy because its non stick worked so well. But gradually its handle became loose and today, 31st of October 2016, came off while I was cooking. It's not due to the screw. It seems that connected part of the handle melted due to heat. Wonderchef must change the material of handle. I'm so sad. Want my money back.

My Review after a month usage.
Delivery was late and the pack was damaged ,but not the product .Product quality is good. It's been more than a month still it's look like a new one. Awesome . Thank you.
