For its intended purposes, this is a GREAT drill, fits well into the hand, and does the jobs I need it to do! (Just don't expect it to be an 18 Volt 'Powerhouse' and then complain that it isn't!) I do wish it came in a version without the drill chuck, and just accept the 'drop in' bits or drills, as this would make it even more compact. I obviously don't know about its long-term reliability, but to that end (and considering the low-cost of this unit compared to the 'Big Name Guys') I purchased the Amazon extended warranty, which only added a few dollars more, and was worth it to me. I would have loved to have the similar DeWalt version, (the one without the chuck) but at 3x the price I was willing to gamble on this Genesis unit and so far, am happy I have. I looked at a Ryobi unit which was close in cost, but the Genesis simply had more features such as Variable Speed, a High-Low Switch atop the drill, and an adjustable clutch, so to me it was a 'No Brainer'. I also like the way this drill fits in my hand, and the Belt Clip is a welcome addition!

I have to start by saying I spent about a week looking up comments and comparing quality and price, and I'm very happy that I went witg this cordless drill. I haven't had the need to drill anything yet however I built a 8×10 upper deck and a 6×10 lower deck for around the pool. I drove approximately 400-500 two and a half inch deck screws with ease threw pressure treated 2×6 before having to recharge. I would say that it took about 2-3 hours but it was constantly in use. The only hiccup was the fact that on high speed the drill didn't run screws all the way flush so I had to go back and hit them with low speed so it didn't reach max torque as abruptly. For the price and quality not to mention the spare battery is only 20$ compared to competitors which are double or triple that price this is a great little drill. It was light weight enough that my 6 year old was able to handle and use as well which means any adult should be able to use with ease.

I've had this tool search 2018 [@3yrs], but have only used it for about three hours total running time. Currently the variable speed doesn't work. When you press the trigger all you get is full on and off.It has nice features, but just hasn't held up.I am looking around to see if there's a fix for it that's not too complicated....

This lightweight driver is well worth the price. Matter of fact I went to a certain hardware store yesterday to examine all other brands 12v impact drivers and what I found was the quick change bits rock a little bit in all the brands I tried so cant count that against this guy.Only thing that would make this better is if it had a torque adjustment.Other than that this guy has gotten some seriously rusted screws out of gang boxes and really helps with unscrewing face plates and such in cramped spaces.

Bought two of these batteries to replace two others that came with a drill and impact driver set. Unfortunately both batteries arrived dead but were well packaged and Undamaged. After a day I charge neither of them would hold a charge just like the pair that came with the drill set. I reached out to Amazon and they promptly refunded me the money. I recycled the batteries and plan on buying a different drill and impact driver.

A powerful drill and I am amazed at the features and quality. It feels really good in your hand - better than all others in this category. Lithium ion and lightweight - this things delivers a wallop! the LED light and two speed gearbox are fantastic and show a nice attention to details. The two year warranty is nice also - it shows that these guys stand behind their product... I'm starting to see this brand everywhere and have heard really good things.I recommend this drill to anyone looking for a lightweight, powerful drill and doesn't want to break the bank.. 5 stars!

A good quality impact driver. This thing has lots of torque and busts loose and tightens almost anything that I need it to do. I do a lot of light auto mechanic work and this is the go to tool for all the nuts and bolts that I deal with. I bought their matching drill and having two batteries around is fantastic. I love lithium ion and won't ever go back to ni-cad again.The size and weight is just about perfect and it feels great in your hand - no fatigue...

Like it. Lightweight, long life battery. Kind of wish the location of the LED light wasn't so far from the drive head, but for the price, hard to beat.

De excelente calidad, peso y tamaño además de su diseño ergonómico, este destornillador-taladro cumple a cabalidad para lo que fue creado, se acopla plenamente en los espacios donde un desarmador normal resulta difícil de utilizar por la fuerza que hay que ejercer. Por su tamaño pequeño y su poco peso, se pueden realizar las actividades sin dificultad alguna. Me gustó mucho la combinación de los colores con los que está hecho, lo hacen ver elegante ya que una herramienta no tiene porque ser fea. Este aparatito reúne fuerza y buen gusto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para las labores más comúnes que deben hacerse en casa.

recivido, 14:05 p.m. de 18/09/2019, nuevo de paquete, perfectas condiciones, tiene un diseño muy futurista, la hergonomia del mango con la goma antiderrapante es, perfecta, buen posicionamiento de la luz (a algunas personas no les gusta esta ubicacion, paro es la mas obtima para trabajar, evitando las nubes de polvo), probado a satisfaccion, tiempo de carga (bateria) aceptable, no es para trabajos extensos ni, pesados, para mi es buen producto, gracias.

El diseño está genial y para los trabajos en casa funciona a la perfección. Desgraciadamente probé un Bosch el más pequeñito y creo que tenía más torque que este ja ja ja pero ese costaba el doble. Así que no tengo queja funciona muy bien.Lo recomiendo.

El producto parece practico y cómodo, pero al momento de utilizarlo no cumple su función, no perfora material de concreto y trate de perforar un cinturon y tampoco lo hizo. Es como un juguete para niños porque no funciona. lo adquirí para evitar el uso de cables, pero creo que regresaré a lo convencional.

Este taladro/desarmador es excelente, llevo ya mas de un año con el y funciona de maravilla. Tiene la fuerza necesaria para trabajos en casa y su batería dura bastante. Lo recomiendo para uso domestico.
