Survived Southeast Alaska
I did a ton of research looking for a waterproof bag that wasn't either crazy expensive or ridiculously large (I'm 5"1). I decided on the Leader brand and took the bag on a tour of Southeast Alaska where we not only lived on a boat for a week but we would take zodiacs to and from islands for hiking. This bag held up WONDERFULLY. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. It held my DSLR camera, lenses and phone and I never had any water issues, even with the non stop rain and splashes from getting on and off the boats. Everyone was asking me to hold their things while we were out on the water and hiking through the rainforest. I never fully submerged it under water but I did hose it off quite a few times with no damage done to anything inside the bag. HIGHLY recommend!

Nice Bag But Not Waterproof
I got this bag for a trip with lots of wet landings. Mine looked tight, seams were solid at home. It worked great IN the boats for keeping spray off my dry stuff. After a week and a half of ordinary use- no overstuffing, no rough handling......the first wet landing, tossed it over the side of the Zodiac, grabbed it up out of the water after it's 10 second float, while I bailed to grab it and get to shore- and the seam's had leaked enough to soak all the clothes and electronics in the bag.Technically that's a one star. But for mild spray, it's still water resistant, and otherwise strong. So, two.

Not dry
I was initially very pleased with the bag as it seemed very high quality and was easy to transport. However, after a year of use on boats, I am ready to throw it out the window. The outside pocket is lined in fabric, so that if the zipper is left down at all, the contents of your entire bag will soak through. The black fabric on the outside of the bag hangs on to water and smells (I use this for fishing), and the fabric lining on the inside of the bag means that the roll down method never really works, as the fabric wicks water INTO the bag when it is very wet. I made the mistake of leaving it on the deck (closed!) while baiting, and everything in my bag smelled like rotten bait afterwards. It's a very attractive bag but is best for light use.

Reliable in the Portland Rain
I live in Portland and walk and ride my bike just about everywhere. Needless to say, I needed a bag that was reliably waterproof, especially because I was going to be transporting my laptop in it. I've had the bag for over 6 months now and I can confidently say that it's never once leaked or gotten any of my stuff wet. The padding on the back makes the bag comfortable, as does the chest strap. I like having the front zipper pocket for quick access to small things, and the single, big compartment so I can pack my laptop on my commute to work, or stuff it full of layers, food, and water bottle for hikes. On top of that, places like REI would charge $100+ for a waterproof bag like this. Totally worth it and I'm super satisfied with this purchase!

Perfect wet bag backpack
This is the best wetbag on Amazon. It is fully waterproof, floats on water. The straps and handles are made of rugged, high quality materials. Very comfortable to wear on the back. Compared to the other bags I found on Amazon, this one is not over-sized. It has enough space to carry a change of clothes, a towel, and a 15in laptop.I use this bag every day as I kayak across Pearl Harbor to work. Love everything about it and would recommend it to anyone.

Great product for its price
Great product for its price.I didn't test the waterproof quality of it yet. But the quality of the backpack made me feel like I should not worry water leaking inside. In the light rain and the mist from waterfalls, my camera equipment remained dry inside. The backpack was easy and fast to use with only one large compartment under the roll top.I also enjoyed a water resistant zipper pocket in the front for smaller items like a phone, lighter, and a headlamp. The straps are cheaply made but they worked ok. I made sure to wear clothing under the straps to avoid rubbing on skin because the straps are not soft. The padding for the back helped make this backpack fairly comfortable during an 8hr hike. The size was optimal for a day hike with a camera, lens, water, and snacks.

Waterproof
AWESOME!! I had a waterproof file bug-out-box that I have been using to keep all of the "documents" in a dry environment that was portable if we needed to leave the area quickly. The file box cracked so it will not be waterproof anymore....Problem? SOLVED!! Now I have a waterproof bag that can hold all of the files, keep them clean, dry and serviceable. This is a bright backpack that also has a carry handle. I know that my files will be protected from the elements. Great size, lightweight, and comfortable loaded.

this product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer birth defects ...
What you don't find out until you get this bag and open it up is the tag says this bag contains chemicals known in the state of California to cause cancer birth defects and or other reproductive harm. It did not say that in the description of this bag and it's very deceptive and very dangerous and I am not happy a warning was not posted in the description of this product and I am having to return my bags.
