Motion Faucet - I Wish I Bought it Years Ago!
Naturally, I had no idea of if or how well it would work, but we have three kitties that are constantly begging for water from a faucet so the need was there. Many times we’d put the faucet on and only an hour or two later would we realize water was running and nobody was drinking. One of our cats is quite brazen; she looked at the new attachment like it was from Mars but slowly figured it out. Another is timid and scared and almost jumped through the roof the first time it came on but slowly, slowly everyone figured it out. Our kitties now love it and the water is on only when needed. We have a sink that only they use so it’s perfect. One thing - the very first time it takes a minute or so until water starts flowing and it comes out faster than you'd expect - perhaps a filter needs to get wet or something? It doesn't make any difference; that was a one time thing and now it stays on all the time and there’s no problem for anyone. It’s easily woth $50.

Design Flaw - It broke - otherwise Awesome!
To be clear, I REALLY LIKE this thing.BUT, it is held on the faucet by a skinny bit of plastic.I would rate it a 4, but probably nobody would read this.PROS:The battery lasted for about 5 months before needing to be recharged. Awesome! The motion sensors are exactly what I wanted and work well. Both of them work for different specific needs that I have. Awesome! It was easy to install and get working.CONS:Only one thing I didn't like. There is a design flaw. This little bit of a plastic sleeve that connects the threaded metal to the rest of it. I hope you can see in the photo the rough edges of the white plastic circle in the middle of both of the parts. That is where it broke. We've used this for almost 10 months for touchless clean up after my wife's work as a nurse working with some covid-19 patients. And we've found that it is terribly convenient. I installed it on a utility sink in our mudroom where we can clean up from the garage or outside. VERY useful. But, I was washing something in the sink and bumped the faucet (I didn't think very hard) and the thing just fell off. I am disappointed because we love it so much.

Fits most faucets but not all. You will need to find an extension on some but easy to find.
I purchased this since Covid calls for less touching germs of handles. This allows you to go touches when washing your hands. I also purchased a touches soap dispenser to go with it different brand. It functions really well. I did have to take a trip to Ace hardware to find an attachment for my faucet because it did not fit. Easy to do but may be hard to find the right size on hand at some places. The motion detector does glitch from time to time and stays on but I just wipe it clean and it usually fixes the problem. I like the two motion sensor options one in front and one on the bottom. Works just how I needed it to. Make sure your faucet it high enough to install, it will not fit on one that sits low in the sink. Great buy, everyone always ask me where I purchased so they can grab one. It's nice on the eye.

The cheap plastic ring to attach to a faucet prevents it from being functional
The adapter ring to attach it to the faucet is too short and made of a cheap plastic so it does not attach and stay on. The pressure from the water is too great and will blow the unit right off the faucet at random times. If the ring was metal and 1.5-2x as deep it would stay on and work appropriately. There was no amount of plumbing tape to help it stay on the faucet. The sensor seemed to work well but if it's not able to stay on the faucet it's useless. The significant price drop also shows the company knows they've made a piece of junk. It's also aggravating to have paid top dollar for trash. There are $20 hands free adapters on Webstaurant that are made of metal and work great (they have a lever you push with your wrist) and they work great. This unit is just absolute trash - save your money.

Using it in my bathroom and loving it
In this pandemic time, I decided to put together a hands free bathroom and this is one component I needed. One thing as it was written in a previous review that the adapter that comes with it does not work with the standard American faucet so I found a Female 13/16 -24 (Chicago) Faucet Aerator Adapter that I purchased for $6 and walla; easy installation, no leaks, and hands free! It looks decent and consider buying another for my other bathrooms. One note, make sure your faucet height is high enough; some bathroom faucets sits too low. Mine sits about 7 inches between the nozzle and sink. They do recommend 8 inches.Update (07/2/2020): Now the faucet will randomly turn on by itself and the water would run without anyone using it. The can be very concerning as it will waste water especially if we are out of the house. When we go on vacation, I turn off the faucet knobs and don't want to take a chance of running water while we are out. I have to knock a star off for this issue.(Update 10/7/20) The phantom turn on of the faucet seem to have settled and no longer happens when I recharged the faucet. So overall, we have been happy with the purchase. Also, noticed that when light that shined through the window hitting the sensor or water left on the sensor triggered the water to turn on.Update (2/10/2021) The unit still working great and no issues. Finally charging it after 5 months of constant use from the last charge. When charging, there is a red light indicator that stays lit and eventually turns green when fully charged.1/19/2022 update: the sensor faucet is still working well and had no issues. Only thing I wished is the the charging port can be placed in a more convenient place; it's awkward having it down and near the nozzle.8/2/2022: the sensor faucet is still working well after over 2 years of use.3/1/2023: sensor still working well12/26/2023: 3.5 years later, the faucet nozzle has finally died. The nozzle no longer has the clicking noise that opens the valve. It's completely silent and does not do anything. I even tried charging it full and still no success.I removed it and went back to the old fashion way of turning the knobs.
