Can Nae Give It Any More Power, Cap'n
This item did not charge my Alienware laptop. It only maintained battery charge indefinitely. It also didn't provide enough power for the laptop to operate at its maximum performance.

It's alive!
My son's Alienware laptop quit taking a charge and was need of a new battery. This helped fixed the problem!

it separates at the blue light
It has the same design flaw as factory charger; it separates at the blue light...wires fray, game over. This is my 3rd charger, including the factory one, a genuine Dell replacement, and this one.....WTF? It was separating on day one, and here we are 6 months later and I'm shopping for a new one again. Will find one without the blue light weakness this time.
