Psoriasis? Sore muscles? Anxiety? This stuff is pure magic. Throw some Dead Sea salt in your tub, run the water and settle in for a long soak. You will feel like a new person in the morning. I use around 2-3 cups per bath and add a cup of magnesium flakes and French lavender essential oil, soak for an hour (or more), pat my skin dry and climb into bed to sleep like a baby. I’ve been ordering these salts for many years. You can’t beat the price and quality. If you have ultra-sensitive skin like I do, start with a cup and add more if you can handle it. Add too much and it can cause a burning sensation (just rinse off, it will stop).
