Better than I thought
It’s very nice I just tried it it’s good to work on arm wrestling techniques and good workout overall for arm wrestling. If u don’t have someone to practice with often or even if u do this is a great addition. I was hesitant to buy it thought it’s not gonna be good but im glad I bought it. I can’t say it’s really strong tension cuz I think that’s different from person to person but since im not an athlete and I found it moderate difficulty I would say it’s not something extreme it’s just a good tool I think u should buy it give it a try

Good resistance
My son, 13, loves it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the suction is only strong in certain surfaces. It snapped off a few days ago and the hit caused swelling and bruising on his face. Other than that user error,it's great.

Not as flexible as it should be.
Not what i thought it was going to be. I wanted an equipment that i can work out with it for an hour or so but it's not flexible and it doesn't stay well in the base. This is a tool for very strong fellas and I mean strong. I'm above average and I found this machine unpleasant do to the lack of flexibility not sure how others are using it but not for me. Sometimes I do wonder if all of this reviews are real. The movement it's only about 5 inches which is very short.

As an armwrestler, this is pretty damn cool.
It works the wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps and shoulders. If you change up your technique and utilize your core, you'll feel it in your lats, upper back and traps. Overall, this is a really good tool for developing side pressure

Good for about 2 weeks
Maybe if you're a small child or someone that's not looking to get stronger I wouldn't get it but I did enjoy using it when I had it
