Well, I thought I already rated this but here goes, again. So very glad to still be able to get a copy of this book. I had the old stone grinder over 40 yrs ago and the micronizer that burned in our house fire was over 30 yrs old and still going. If the other cook books sold at Magic Mill stores are available, I would be interested. Thank you.

This is one of the best wheat cookery books out there. Out of print, and no longer available as it was originally intended to come with Magic Mill wheat grinders which went out of business.

I love this book and so does my wife. It's more than recipes, it's how to and why, and tips and anecdotes. It is very interesting to read just for reading sake. Too bad it's not in print or that Magic Mill isn't still offering it with their current grinders.

This item was a surprise gift and I only just recently found out it was never delivered!

If you have your own mill and grind your wheat flour ,this book is a necessity. I try to eat healthy and this cook book is a great help. Some very tasty recipes for all your baking needs.

This book is for those who like to cook with whole wheat, making yeast breads, desserts (Cookies, cakes, sweet breads) working with gluten and using wheat as a sustuite for meat.

This book is great. The one i had, had worn out. Great bread recipes. I got it quickly and in the condition advertised.
