Good product
I just got it yesterday. I didn't have chance to use it yet but it has been in my cart over years. I was waiting the right time to buy it. Here it is. Hopefully it works efficiently.

Working great for 2 years
I replaced a smaller single element filter with this one and it is a nice upgrade. I really like being able to clean the filter elements instead of replacing them.It is a complete kit, it includes the tool for unscrewing the outer housing, the mounting bracket, and a brush for cleaning the filter elements.I tried using the brush that comes with it, but it didn't work that well for me.Over the last 2 years I have settled into a decent routine. I clean the filters every 1-2 months. I bought a second set of candles so I can quickly swap them and turn the water back on. I use a small hand brush under running water to remove most of junk on each filter. Then I soak them in a hot water solution with a cleaner called Citranox. That stuff is amazing, it quickly removes the stuff that I wasn't able to brush off. Then some rinse/soaks and a mild bleach cycle if the candles aren't quite clean enough. Then let them dry out and they are ready for the next swap. Since most of the time is soaking, it doesn't take a lot of my time. Maybe 30-40 minutes. It is pretty amazing how much it catches and I am so glad that's not in the water anymore!

No flow, No volume, No pressure.
I ran two of these units in parallel so that output (per manufacturer) should be up to 16-17 gallons per minute. I'm getting a trickle of water--less than 1/2 gallon per hours. The ceramic candles do NOT allow enough water volume through to be useful other than filling up a drinking water pitcher every few hours. For a whole house? These are useless.

Not for whole house
Will NOT work got a while house filter without losing nearly all water pressure. But as a point of use (under counter for sink) it does just fine for many months before needing cleaning

received damaged filter housing so leaked
I was looking forward to using the filter as a RO filter replacement for our drinking water taps. The lid to the filter housing is gouged at the point it contacts the O ring on the main housing, resulting in a leak. I don't know if it is a quality control issue or shipping damage, or a returned damaged item. Everything else looks new. I requested a replacement hoping that I have better luck with the second filter.08/26/21 Update: I received the second filter that has less damage, but it too was damaged in a way similar in size and location to the first. It produced only a tiny leak rather than a spray. I am guessing Amazon got a bad batch. Rather than send it back for a third try, I called Doulton USA. I had to pay shipping, but they happened to have a filter housing lid that they were able to confirm didn't have the same flaws and were willing to send it to me for the cost of shipping.I am using the Rio 2000 behind a 20 in. big blue 1 micron sediment filter and a couple of carbon filters I so don't expect clogging to be an issue any time soon. I appreciate having the quality filtration of a Berkey system, with the convenience of it being plumbed in.

Great promise ..
This filter is rated at 400 gallons per hour, which is 6.67 per minute. They don't say what pressure is required to deliver this flow. The max pressure allowed at this filter is 100 psi, far above the safe level for house plumbing. At 75 psi this filter doesn't flow enough water to make it through the toilet's incoming valve. It is a pitifully small stream of water and unacceptable for home use. Calling the manufacturer is of little use if you didn't buy the filter directly from them.
