Good quality. We bought it for the Czech language option. Funny that it's called Vaiana in Europa instead of Moana.

Slipped up with this dvd. Didn't notice its Vianna not Moanna. Still a good watch for the children.

I ordered this DVD as a surprise for to take on holidays with my children. I made the schoolboy error of not checking it before we left. On arrival we discovered we had been sent what looks like a Polish copy and quite possibly a fake copy. The box was very flimsy. We didn't bother opening it. I just hope the British weather is kind to us so we can be outside all the time.

> Étant français (et vivant France) : - Je dois dire qu'il est vraiment très difficile, voire quasiment impossible, de trouver des films avec le doublage en "VFQ" en plus du doublage "VFF"... dommage... Certains films sont bien meilleurs en VFQ, ce qui est le cas de "Moana" (mais aussi de "Kung Fu Panda", "Chicken Little", "En eaux troubles (The Meg)", "Hot Fuzz", "Date limite", "Les Stagiaires", "Push"... et bien d'autres...). - Du coup, j'ai testé pour la première fois "Amazon.ca", et je ne suis pas déçu. La livraison a été très rapide (j'ai tout de même payé 19,29€ pour cette livraison), le colis était fait d'une enveloppe bulle (ce qui est bien mieux qu'en France), et est arrivé sans le moindre dommage. > Le film : - L'image est vive, le contraste et les couleurs sont bien dosés, et les noirs rendent l'image assez sombre pour les scènes adaptées. Le master est assez fin pour détailler l'image de façon poussée, et offrir des images magnifiques (de jour comme de nuit). - La bande-son (VFQ) est d'assez bonne qualité : Dolby Digital - AC3 - 5.1ch - 640kbps (le format DTS à un débit de 1509kbps aurait été apprécié). L'effet multidirectionnel est bien géré sur l'ensemble du film, ce qui donne une bonne immersion en général. Les graves, les moyens et les aigus, sont globalement assez équilibrés suivant les scènes, avec des dialogues toujours très limpides. On a une bande-son très correcte; donc pas de gros reproche à faire de ce côté. - Le contenu supplémentaire (les bonus) sont suffisants, ce qui fera plaisir aux amateurs. Au final, cette édition Blu-ray est très satisfaisante dans l'ensemble. Seul défaut pour moi, la jaquette qui est en version US, mais bon... on va pas trop chipoter. :)

This movie is one of those Disney classics that just holds up every single time you watch it. The animation is stunning, especially the ocean scenes, and the music is catchy in a way that somehow stays in your head for days. The story itself is simple but powerful, focusing on courage, identity, and stepping into who you are meant to be, which makes it easy to connect with no matter how many times you have seen it. What really makes it special is how it balances adventure with heart. It is fun and engaging for kids, but it also has emotional moments that still land as an adult, which is why it never really gets old. Girl, this is one of those movies you say you are putting on for the kids and then suddenly you are fully locked in singing along like it is your job.

Ever since I was a kid, Disney has never failed to amaze with their films. The animation is always brilliant. The stories are always moving. And, if it's a musical, the songs are always ingenious. And now, they have created their best Disney Princess film ever: "Moana"! This film follows Disney's very first Polynesian princess (technically, not a princess though. Although, apparently, "if you wear a dress and you have an animal sidekick, you're a princess. ), voiced beautifully by newcomer Auli'i Cravalho, who teams up with the larger-than-life demigod Maui, voiced by the larger-than-life Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, to resolve the mysterious rift between man and nature and revive the ancient art of wayfinding. Along the way, she also seeks the one thing she has sought out her whole life: her identity. Like how Maui could go on and on explaining every natural phenomenon, I could go on and on explaining how this film is nothing less than PERFECT. The story is incredibly moving and thought-provoking. Lin-Manuel Miranda, Mark Mancina, and Opetaia Foa'i team up to bring us a soundtrack that deserves at least 10 Oscars. The cast is not only brilliantly assembled; most of them come from Polynesian roots (Auli'i Cravalho is a native Hawaiian, Dwayne Johnson's ancestors are Samoan, Temuera Morrison hails from New Zealand); in fact, the only cast member who is not Polynesian is Alan Tudyk, but only because he voices Hei Hei the rooster. The animation and character design is some of the finest I have ever seen in a Disney computer-animated film... Honestly, if I went any more into detail about how this film is my absolute favorite of 2016, we'd be here all day. So, in short, Disney's 56th animated movie is an instant classic and will no doubt go down in history. This film is a must-see for all Disney fans, young and old. It's yet another brilliantly gleaming gem in the Disney Animation canon!
