I’ve owned 2 poles and my friends have owned multiple as well, this one received the best reviews between us, fantastic pole! I used it for years (cleaned is with 75% isopropyl alcohol from the dollar store, worked flawlessly), when I moved and couldn’t take it with me, I gave it to a friend and she considered it a massive upgrade from her other pole. I’m now saving to get the same exact pole for my new place! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I absolutely LOVE it!! It is very sturdy, the spin is wonderful and everyone in my household has found a way to put it to good use lol. I am already getting in some great workouts! However, it was NOT easy to put together. It took my husband and I both with some ingenuity to get it put up correctly as the instructions are vague in some places. Tips: be sure the sleeve that goes on the pole that will cover the top is the right side up before putting up, don’t tighten it too much. Yes you want it tight and sturdy but if you have a strong husband like I do, there is such a thing as too tight. The smaller nut that goes on the top, twist it down about half way before you start the tightening process so that it doesn’t get tighten with the top or you will have to take it down and start over again to move it. And lastly, use a level don’t just eyeball it. :) Enjoy!!! (Don’t mind the moving boxes.)

When using the 10 inch extender, I could not get the pull-up. It was too big but when I use the 5 inch extender, the pole is not very sturdy. I would not trust it with my weight or even the weight of a small child. It jostles about. In the past, I had the example which was very sturdy very easy to put up. It took the weight of all of my house guests… because when you go to someone’s house and they have a pole, you obviously have to do a swing. But this is just a flimsy piece of $100 trash

Came with all the right parts, the DVD does t have sounds but if you watch it a few times it's super easy for real. I have carpet and popcorn ceilings and it's fine, no ceiling damage, I immediately did an upside down move and it holds like a champ would definitely ask a second person for a little help with making sure its straight and holding a thing or two. I am absolutely in love and very pleased with this. I have kids so I dont want it up all the time and it's so quick and fast setting up and taking down. You will need a small ladder to help. But other then that it's good the spin is a little stiff at first but it's great once you get going. 5 stars for real.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews but. This pole doesn’t worse even this amount of money. First package looks like someone alredy bought it before. You can see paper is ripped inside and a tone of tape. Ok i set it up I tried to try spin as i really need spin and instead of spining it started unscrewing so almost fell and then i tried to put it in normal position not to fell and it did a hole in my ceiling. And no spining at all Doesn’t feel very sturdy. Like i put everything together good so seems ok but i feel it can go back go wiggling position when you try to do something but tell you truth after all that im scared. So i will return it, First i wanted to leave 1 star but as amazon gave us option to return i will put two more just for return . So better invest in proffesional pole for sure

Everything came and it's relatively easy to setup. There are magnetic post levelers that would make it a breeze if your setting up and taking it down more regularly Changing from static to spinning is a bit annoying if your doing it frequently. The hardware quality is what it is for $200. Should be good enough for most users but could be better

Fairly easy to assemble and quite sturdy. I cannot get it out of static mode though, so that kind of sucks. Not a huge deal though, because I've only ever danced on static poles.

bought for a friend who asked me to set it up and it was by far the most frustrating thing to put together since an ikea desk.

this pole lasts about a month before it breaks down. i’m on my second one now, as the first one i purchased lost it’s ability to spin, the brand sent a new one that lasted about a month as well, both times the nut at the top has gotten fully stuck, prohibiting me from removing it properly. it’s been very frustrating to deal with, this is honestly a waste of money if you want something that will last.
