This is a great back brace. I work shipping & receiving, and this back brace gives me the support I need for 8 hours. The only problem with it, is the stitching at the bottom where the support bars are. I have worn my brace for 1 week, and 1 of the support bars, has busted thru the stitching at the bottom of the back brace. And 2 more support bars are showing signs of doing the same thing. The bottom stitching really needs to be re- enforced, I've tried it out on regular bending and stacking for 8 hours, and this is the only problem. Other wise it's a great back brace.

I ride a recumbent trike. I’ve been looking for a brace without metal support stays so I can lay back on the saddle without it digging in. This checks the box. I’ve used it working out and feel it could use more support over a larger area of the back but I’m happy for what it does. I’m on the fence as to whether “copper infused” matters. I’ve spent a fortune on back braces over the years due to scoliosis. This is my best to ride the bike in. It also hides beneath clothes as long as your pants have some room in the waist band.

The brace is good quality. The sizing is the worst ever. It comes in small/medium medium/large etc…. It would be the perfect brace it it came in small, medium and large etc. I can’t get the s/m tighten enough to provide great support.

Lower back pain. I used copper on my foot woven in a sock and was like a miracle ! I thought I’d try this for my back which sometimes is very painful. Old spinal fusion and laminectomy surgery and occasionally it goes out. This gives nice support and is as well-made as medical equipment. easy to put on and comfortable enough. Helps me stand straight when pain is too great to do so on my own. I lucked out with all the available choices.

I bought the Copper Compression slim back support brace due to herniated lower back discs from shoveling too much snow. I could stand and lay down but I could not sit in a chair for more than 15 minutes at a time. I first ordered a small size for a 38 inch waist as indicated by the information given and it barely fit. So I returned it and re-ordered a medium and Amazon sent me a size small again! So I cannot give a good rating for the back brace. The back brace looks well made and would work if Amazon would send me the size I requested. A medium. So frustrating. It's not Copper Compressions fault. It's the Amazon ordering website. Most likely an IT problem.

As a short--5'3"--small-boned, senior woman with joint problems and scoliosis plus sciatica, I found this brace very helpful in terms of providing reliable support. Admittedly there was a learning curve as I figured out how to ensure the best fit. This was aggravated by the aforementioned medical problems as well as lack of printed instructions re: the proper fitting and adjusting of the support's component parts. (Another age-related hazard in today's market place.)But once I figured it out, I got it down to a science.

This is something I use almost everyday from gardening to groceries. Anytime I need extra support and pain relief it never fails. It is comfortable and fits well. I am a petite person and it fits really well. My male friend borrows it from time to time and it fits him just as well with very little adjustment. I suggest this to everyone and everyone. Worth the money.

When I put the back brace on, I find that the size range seems to be a little small......the brace is supposed to fit up to 39" waist and mine is 36" but the velcro strap only has about 2" to spare so if my waist was actually any bigger, the brace wouldn't fit!
