I'm sure there are a million good products out there for nail/cuticle care. But for me, the most important thing is convenience...I won't use something that takes several steps or that you have to paint on. With this little tube from essie, it sits in the pencil cup on my desk where I can grab it once or twice a day, squeeze out a drop on each nail [I personally don't use the roller], rub it in and that's it. It's barely greasy, soaks right into my nails and has really helped keep my nails and cuticles hydrated. I've been using it consistently for 3 weeks now...my nails aren't paper-thin and peeling anymore and the tube still looks full. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best cuticle oils that I have found. i have a few. by bed, by chair in family room, in bathroom, in purse and one in my desk. Good smell, not strong. In health care and hands are in gloves, and washed alot, but this really has helped my nails and cuticles.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been using another brand of base coat and then top coat and decided to try this all-in-one version.Nail strength:My nails are weak and I find I need to keep polish on them all the time or they chip/tear. Functionality:Having both a base and a top coat all in one is appealing.Longevity:Longevity is yet to be seen but I usually have a problem with polish chipping within one day of applying.

I like that this polish work as both a base and top coat. I love that Essie is vegan and 8 free as well. It’s affordable compared to other companies that sell vegan ‘X amount free’ nail polishes and products. This bottle while last me a long time so that’s awesome! It gives your nails a shiny top coat and would even work on its own without a polish to give your natural nails a bit of a shine.I do have to say that I hate the way it smells. It filled the whole room the instant the cap came off. I am extremely sensitive to smells so the experience was a bit over stimulating. I even wear a mask while painting my nails to try and avoid the smells but this polish permeated everything. Once the cap was back on, the scent calmed down. So thankfully only one coat is needed before and after the color polish.

But after using this for just over a week, color me impressed! My nails are the strongest they’ve been in ages and the polish actually stays put. I’m in love—and so are my nails!

My nails were so brittle after wearing gel polish for many months. I used this polish for about a month and my nails look better than ever. You have to keep applying the polish over several days because it's very light and peels off but it's well worth it. My nails are growing long and are no longer splitting and chipping.

I decided to try this clear tint pink "Glow & Shine" from Essie as the pink armor polish I had been using is not available to ship to my location anymore per Amazon. I am not sure what that means as it is available from my local big box store in my city, but decided I would see what else I might like. I am very pleased with Essie as it is just the right pink color. I also think the brush is shaped just right to apply on polish onto nails. It is somewhat wide shaped and flat that goes over the nail very well and leaves a polish layer that goes on very smoothly. I may look into more Essie polish colors.

Loved this product for 2 months and realized my nails were turning yellow 😞
