I love these little ampoules. They’re easy to travel with which I like. Once you get past the initial thing about breaking the glass, they’re actually really easy to take. I always chase them with water, but honestly, the taste is not that bad just a little bit like clean sea water. They’ve got a ton of minerals in them and I know that there are some of the best quality minerals you can find. So if you’re deficient and minerals, which we all are, it’s smart to take these daily. You can also add them to a smoothie or juice, which makes it easier to take. Worth a little bit more money than some of the other brands.

I love this supplement, but almost every time there are shards of glass that end up in my mouth with it.

I’ve been taking these for few months, they taste like sea water, very salty, I take it on empty stomach first thing in the morning, I believe they made a quality product, and I like the story and science behind it. For some reason the glass vials they come in are needed but I’m always careful when breaking them that no shattered piece ends up in the water, you need to weigh that risk for yourself, my method is to always do visual inspection and when I drink to press my mouth against the cup’s inner surface and suck the solution in very thin stream between my lips and glass so that I would feel if any shards of glass come, I feel safe with this method, but I never anticipated the vials would break in shipping and this just happened and stabbed me, I inspected other vials and found another one. So be careful if you decide to use these… I’ll continue using this product and be more careful, but the glass vial packaging could really be reimagined, it’s all kinds of trouble

I really wish it wasn't so expensive but when terribly ill from e. Coli this was part of my healing(and heal I did). I've also had a history of recurring miscarriages and I'm currently very pregnant. All my losses were early and I'm in the second trimester so feeling pretty good about it. This is one of the few very important supplements I take. If you can afford to at all do it.
