The Gastric Band Plate Diet Portion Control Weight Loss Plate

I am a new bariatric patient and I needed a plate to help me control my meal portions. This plate is sturdy. It's easy to clean. It has the exact portion sizes that I need to ensure that I don't overeat! Great investment and it has been a huge help. It's also dishwasher safe! I look to buy more in the near future!

I found the diet plate is small. I find it to be used as a child plate not for an adult. It is round only 7 inches.

Great for helping you realize how big portions should be. A bit awkward to eat off though, so I fill it with my meal, then put a dinner plate on it upside down and flip it...food stays arranged and bigger surface to eat off.

I thought this plate would be of better quality. It is literally made of a cheap plastic and seems like a kids plate you could grab from the dollar store! It does have nice little separations made for portion control but the quality of the plate seems super cheap

For anyone having gastric bypass surgery this plate is perfect for what you need before and after. Takes a while to get but is worth the wait.
