So first off, super soft comfy cozy, instantly warm. It has a finished v-neck opening, just the right size for an adult head. On closer inspection, I found zero flaws and the blended accent colors were a perfect compliment to the rich black dominant in the ponchos design. It's a most excellent garment, possibly more, but not too, refined than I expected. My bonus is that the brown stripe color perfectly matches my most excellent wool hat👍 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PONCHO OF MY DREAMS *by D***N on November 27, 2018* A child of the '70s, I grew up wearing ponchos in the backyards and campuses of New England. When I moved to California, the ponchos from the West were scratchy, half - cotton roughwear that neither kept me warm nor repelled anything--including sandflies. (However the colors of the southwestern ponchos I came across were spectacular...maybe in hot climes, that is enough?) Nostalgia, when I moved back to New England many decades later, caused me to look for an everyday, two season poncho of substance. This is it.Perfect length for almost everybody. Super soft alpaca that does not ball up, itch or cause any sort of allergic reaction. The colors are subtle and "rustic", but still pleasing and a wee-bit above "neutral". ( The photo is a very good facsimile.) I am so happy I even wore it to church! (I think the priest was jealous....LOL.) Pricing is fair. Delivery was fast. And being made from Alpaca wool, it's not scratchy like some woolen products. I'm 6' tall and it fits fine.
