I really enjoy this scrub! I was looking for a scrub that was gentle as my skin has been very sensitive and reactive of late. This is perfect- fresh, woodsy smell, and it is gentle enough to not hurt my skin while still properly exfoliating. I have noticed my skin feels smoother and healthier after. It has a good set of oils that don't strip but make my skin feel good. Much better than drugstore options. I use every other day, have had this for 5 months, and still have plenty. A little goes a long way; the price is worth it. 5 stars!

Have loved this stuff for years

I previously used the Neutrogena Naturals face scrub and since they discontinued it many years ago I have searched for a similar texture. The texture is like a grainy sand which is what I prefer. It is gentle enough on my skin to use daily, but textured enough to remove the dirt, grime, and buff my skin at the same time. The smell however, while not terrible, would not be my first choice. I overall like the bright citrusy scent but there an undertone of anise (think black licorice) that I’m not as fond of. At least it’s not chemically and fake smelling. The price is good for the size of the bottle and you don’t need to use much so this will last a good amount of time. The scrub spreads easily and rinses nicely without residue.

Great for sensitive skin! I love how soft my face is after washing with this face scrub and it seems to be helping with my dry skin areas also. I really value the clean ingredients as well.

Hubby is very fussy about products. He loves this facewash. It smells great. It works good without drying your skin. I’m not as sold on it. To me my face feels oily till it dries after the shower. I also wash my face in the sink alot and wouldnt recommend this for that type (in the shower is better). But, that all being said, it is a good face wash and it doesnt strip like so many others do. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I do like how this products works. It's good for the environment and leaves my skin smooth. However, the smell is that of an old hippie man you don't want to be next to. It does not smell anything close to feminine. For me personally, it's just awful. I will finish the bottle but will switch to another brand because of this.

For those asking about the scent, I would describe it as musk, licorice, and espresso. Actually quite nice if you ask me. It doesn't linger at all though but is nice when using it. Loved that it came fully sealed and is packaged in recycled plastic. I feel like a luxurious hippie using this.

It arrived quickly with a sweet little thank you note and a sunscreen tester. You can tell that they take pride in their product. The face scrub bottle is very earthy and is very natural with a good amount of scrub. When I used it the first time, I was a bit shocked at how clean my face felt because I have numerous face scrubs and my face never feels like that with my other scrubs. Overall - very happy with the product.

Honestly I like this scrub. It's very light. The scent could be a little better, and there isn't alot of exfoliant inside which is good if you want to use it as a daily wash. I wanted it more of a weekly deep scrub but I'll just use it daily instead. I really prefer creamier, more exfoliant filled scrubs but I like that it's natural and there is no extreme perfume chemical scent like in most non natural face scrubs.

I keep a tube in the shower and work a penny-shaped squeeze of the exfoliant into my face 2-3 times a week. The exfoliating beads are made from walnut shells and do a great job helping me slough any dead skin away. I am bald (so I have an extremely large forehead ! ). I use the exfoliant on the top of my head in order to keep that skin smooth and clean. I can tell that my head is clean as it sweats more freely after usage as there are no blockages in the way :-) I enjoy the Thrive scent which reminds me of licorice or aniseed. The smell is quite strong when using the exfoliant but does dissipate quickly. The microbeads clear without being overly aggressive and you control the depth of the clean. Don't use it more than 3 times a week as whilst relatively gentle it is still an abrasive cleanser. A little goes a long way. Once I have exfoliated I finish with Thrive Cleansing Facial Gel which helps to moisturise and leaves my skin feeling very clean, fresh and happy! The price for a 3 pack of Thrive exfoliant is great value, saving $3 on each tube. If you're not sure try a single tube...you won't regret it ! Recommended

This scrub is absolutely amazing. The texture is perfect and it seems to clean deep into the pores. I love how fresh my face feels after using it! My only complaint would be that there isn't enough of it in the bottle.
