Works Great, But I Use This Heater Differently Than Most
I have always lived in the Southern US, where even winter can be warm.As I type this review, I'm in my Florida home in November, in an area where the night's low temperature MIGHT get below 70F for the first time this fall.Whenever I've had problems with condensation on camera bodies and lenses, it has always been because of taking a camera/lens from a cold, air conditioned house, out into blistering hot, humid weather; not from being out in on a cold night. All my photographic life, I have taken my closed camera bag outside on the porch or on the back patio for thirty minutes before I grab it to go out on a photographic excursion.I guess I'm not real bright, because the other day, the week I turned 58, it finally hit me that I needed a small heating pad to put around my camera/lens, or in my camera bag, to warm it up while still inside, and THEN go out and shoot, and the camera won't get condensation on it because it is already warm to match the outdoors.I quickly found this heater and ordered it.It works great for what I wanted. With a USB bank that I already had, I can get back in my car after shooting in a certain location to go to another location and keep the heating pad on/around my camera/lens while using the A/C in the car without fogging the camera/lens up.So, for me, this largest heater with the ability to adjust to different settings, along with a charged USB battery, can allow me to warm my camera stuff before leaving an A/C cold home for a photo excursion. It can also keep the camera warm and avoid condensation while using the car's A/C for me to cool off and avoid heat exhaustion while I go from place to place on the year 'round hot, Florida days.I cannot number the amount of days over 40 years where I have driven around for photography without the A/C on, just to keep the camera from getting moisture condensation inside cameras and lenses.I can now personally be much cooler in the coming years of hot, hot days because of this camera/lens heater.

Works great!
I often take pictures of the Milky Way and I've had numerous nights where I had to leave earlier than I would have liked due to my lenses fogging up. I can't speak to the longevity of it but I can say that the first weekend I used it, it kept my lens dry all night, even when dew was settling on the rest of my gear. Here are a couple of things that I think might be helpful for some folks:-I used this on my Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 lens and it fit well. If you plan to use the same lens, the strap may be visible if you have the heater band too far forward.. make sure to check it!- The temp outside went down to the mid 50s and it kept the lens warm-I removed (well lost actually) the temperature control cable so I plugged it in directly to my battery pack-I powered it using an Anker 22000mAh battery pack. I started with a full charge on the pack and turned the heater on around 9pm and went until almost 4am. The battery level showed 1/4 was the remaining charge.- I have concerns about the cable (that could be absolutepy unwarranted). It seems pretty rigid and those cables always seem to develop shorts. I ended up using a velcro cable strap to bundle it up so it didn't get tangled.

Affordable and functional
This seems to be an affordable, and effective lens warmer. I’ve only used it at the highest setting, and it did a great job keeping the lens clear. I recommend this as a less expensive alternative to other lens warmers on the market.

Took a soaking but didn't quit!
I have two of these heaters and use them on almost every shoot for astrophotography. They do a great job warming up my cameras to keep condensation off the front of the wide angle lenses. So imagine my horror when I saw one of them lying in the driveway after it fell out of my camera bag in the middle of the night. It lay there for 36 hours in pouring rain. Plus, I had driven over it a couple of times with the car. Water ran out of it when I picked it up. I blotted it with a towel and set it on top of my dryer for a couple of days to get some warming while the dryer was running. When I finally plugged it in to a power source, I was ecstatic to see that it worked flawlessly. I am highly impressed with this heater. Great value for the money and fantastic build quality!

For astrophotography and keeping the dew and frost off, this is awesome!
From my photos you will see the overall length, width and diameter of this heater. The dew heater strap can be easily stretched onto a Celestron 4SE scope or any scope of similar 4-5 inch diameter (or even smaller though I would not recommend it for a guidescope. For that choose a shorter strap.) The manufacturer says you need to connect this to a USB 5v 2amp powered source. I have mine connected to a powered USB3 strip for my test. The unit comes with a controller switch: on/off, Low, Medium and High heat buttons. After strapping the heater onto my 4SE scope I placed a digital thermometer between the strap and the metal at the front of the scope, let it set for 10 minutes (room temperature was 70*F). The LOW setting warmed it up to about 90*F, the MEDIUM to about 100*F and the HIGH to over 111*F. That is MORE than sufficient for even very cold outdoor temps to keep the frost or dew off. I then put the strap on an 18-55mm Canon zoom lens. It went around the lens almost 1 1/2 times before the velco-ism end of the strap secured the heater. A little thick to be sure. Again at room temp (70*F) the LOW temp started at almost 100*F, the MEDIUM setting cranked up the heat to 125*F, and the HIGH setting was 145*F (and rising!). So it is likely that you will not have to put it on any other setting than LOW, even in the cold of winter! The last pic is just a shot showing that each setting is illuminated, which is great in the dark! BTW, I tried making my own heater strap but one can't beat the price and the quality of this!

Works Well - No Complaints
So far, so good. Lens heater long enough to easily wrap around my zoom lens. Adjustable temperature (low, medium, high) control. Doesn't overheat like reviewers indicate with other models. On / Off button. Long cord that reaches the ground with tripod fully extended. Seems well made, no obvious weak points. No sign of condensation after full night's use. Have no reason not to recommend this product.

Works well
This worked well and kept the lens dew free, used a portable power bank with this unit. Pre heated the unit on high with an ac adapter then plugged it into the power bank on low.

Works well!
I bought this to use as a dew heater on a canon lens being used for astrophotography. It performs very well, and the 3 position temperature selection is useful. Product worked great out of the box. I use an Anker Powercore Essential 20,000 mah lithium battery to run the dew heater (loads of capacity).
