Nesco 4908-12-40PR 3-Piece Buffet Server Pans, fits any 18-Quart Nesco Roaster Oven

The Nesco 4908 3-piece 1.5 qt. non-stick pan set gave us more use out of our Nesco 4808 18 qt. roaster oven by turning it into a portable 3 pan chafing dish! We were heading to a dinner, so I put three types of hot cooked veggies in the pans, then suspended them in the roaster with water in the bottom. They pans look small but are deep and hold more than I thought they would. With the roaster covered I "cooked" the water to get everything piping hot. We secured the roaster best we could in the footwell of the vehicle. It was a bit of a bumpy ride. When we got there I was expecting a mess. We were relieved to see the dividers had done their job keeping the veggies and water separate! I plugged it back in and hid the cord behind the table. During the course of the buffet dinner the food stayed hot and moist without burning. Our "Veggie Trio" was a hit. Clean up was easy because of the non-stick, and being suspended over hot water the steam kept things from getting crispy. I will be using this for all our holiday meals at home too! Warning: It does NOT fit "any" 18 qt. roaster oven as the description says -- it's made to fit only certain roaster oven wells so make sure you have a compatable model before you buy!

Excellent, worked perfectly for the Mexican Fiesta themed party we threw. Great size and fits the Nesco roaster perfectly. Kept all the fillings at the perfect temperature for the entire event.

Great idea but did not for my 18 quart roaster

Does NOT fit all Nesco 18 qt roasters.I have an 18 qt roaster and ordered this for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the corners of my roaster are too round for all 3 of these to fit into the roaster. I attempted to fit all 3 into the cookwell bottom (removing the black cookwell insert that comes with your roaster), and that wouldn't work either. They will go in far enough to only stick up about an inch... but the dividing racks between these inserts are made to rest on the lip of the black roaster insert cookwell, not the lip of the roaster itself. This resulted in the dividers slipping off and into the cookwell, etc... and some pretty scary "I'm about to burn the he** out of my hand!" moments. I settled for using only two of these inserts, and placing them into the black cookwell insert as they are designed to be placed. I still love the concept... and would even buy a second roaster to use all three. I'll try to post some pics to clarify.

It worked really well for our yard sale at our local firehall. I used it to have sauce, sauerkraut and hot dogs in one pan.. The dividers were great for keeping everything separate. I put water in both lower and insert pan and placed the 3 piece pans over the water to keep hot.

Do not fit, nor work in my Hamilton Beach 18 quart roaster oven.Posted reviews were mixed, and I should have paid attention to the negatives.Still looking for good, preferably non-stick replacements for the lousy original pans that came with the Hamilton Beach® .it.

These do not fit in my roaster, I was really bummed. I could not wait to use them. They look to be good quality. Just the wrong size.

These fit our Nesco 18 quart roaster, and made it possible to keep food hot for an open house. They were incredibly easy to clean, in spite of having held hot food for hours.The one negative thing I have to say is that, because there aren't notches to hold the supports in place, it was rather tricky to place hot pans into the supports with hot water below. In the future, I might think of ways to set it up before heating, which means I would lose the convenience of being able to cook/reheat food in the pans in our regular oven before inserting them into the roaster.
