The wings seem to slip out of place at times, has anyone solved this issue?

I've had the same problem. You can kind of get around it if you place your index finger on the top of the bud when you're pulling it out of your ear. That gets your finger directly on the wing and can prevent it from slipping off. Not perfect though, and realistically we need a better design. This is the most frustrating thing about these buds.
