i got these solely for doing online meetings/webinars and such, and i gotta say, they work amazingly. much better than the other people on the meetings. the volume levels are nice and high and everything sounds great. they're very solidly built and they feel great. they have an inline volume control which is awesome and they also have a mute switch next to the volume slider. the only problem with the mute switch is the other people on your call will hear an audible pop when you switch it on/off. you yourself will not hear this, but they do. not a huge deal, but it's there. these are very solidly built and the boom mic moves easily and more importantly stays where you put it and doesn't get in the way, so you can bring it down if you need it and move it up if you don't. overall i'd say i'm very happy with these. i have a lot of headphones and these are definitely my "go to" headphones for meeting and webinars and such.the downsides to these are minor:1) they're not great for listening to music. i mean you can do it but they're just not really designed for that i don't think.2) not great for extended wearing. as far as over-the-ear headsets go, they're very good but i find wearing things like this for more than 2 hours can get a little bothersome. that said, they're perfectly comfortable for a 1-2 hour meeting.3) audible pop on mute as previously stated.

Sound quality: above average. It enhances both bass and treble (unlike many other headsets that focus on bass) and has a wide, surround-sound like effect when listening to videos.Microphone quality: garbage. Noisy and full of feedback. Picks up sounds that are far away, yet your voice comes out quiet. Can't be bent or re-positioned at all.Sound isolation: meh. The headphones alone don't do much, but once music is playing, ambient external noises fade away. This can be jarring if you're playing a game where the sound is not consistent.Comfort: pretty good. The ear coverings aren't too hot, but the comfort band on top isn't as supportive as it could be. Typing while wearing it is frustrating, as the wires and control device are way heavier than they need to be and hang down everywhere, even when tied.

The LEDs look freaking amazing. I have absolutely no complaints about that. They are a wonderful shade of blue tat makes it look like it's from the future.The plastic and the foam definitely feels sturdy. The cord is like a parachute cable sort of thing, which also feels very strong.The ear muffs are comfy. And they stay on quite well. I don't have this problem to an extreme extent, but if you get a sweaty head, then these might not be for you. The ear muff material doesn't 'breath' well. So around your ears might feel a little sweaty.The sound quality is my only complaint. For the price, these are fantastic, I couldn't have expected better for this price. So if this is in your price range, I definitely suggest it. But, I have heard much better sound quality, but that was from a pair that's over 100$.The sound is good at most ranges, when music has a lot of bass, it might not sound as deep as it should, and when a song has higher treble, then it doesn't sound as high as it should.That said, I do enjoy these, and I would suggest them to people.

It's a decent headset if you aren't expecting it to last for years and years. I've been using this product for over a year and I'll name some of the highlights and issues I've experienced.Highlights:- Crisp, clear sound from the headphones. Bass sounds really good.- Untangled cord that still hasn't even shown the signs of fraying yet.- Microphone is alright and works. Don't expect anything high quality for sound.- Sound/Mic controller still works and is useful for changing the volume while you are focusing on a game.Issues:- After a year of use, the right earphone stopped producing sound. I was very gentle with these so the hardware just failed after a year of using them 3 days a week.- A little heavy on the head after hours of use, but nothing that a short break can't fix.

First off, I am only giving it the rating I am based on my brief experience with them. Your mileage may, and most likely will, vary.This headset is very nice looking and the LED lights add a touch of flair to the otherwise mostly-monochromatic black of the design. The sound quality isn't bad and the volume control doohickey makes adjusting the volume easy. The cord outwardly appears to be sturdy and well made from what was a brief, initial inspection.That said, these are not a headset meant for smaller people to use. I am 5'1" with a head size proportionate to my over all size. The earphones are very big, almost large enough to cover each side of my head entirely, and I discovered them to also be very heavy which put a lot of pressure on my neck, spine and shoulders. I thought I would get used to all of that and tried to use them but within 30 minutes of use I wound up with a headache that bordered on a migraine from all the squeezing. Also, this headset has nothing in the way of ventilation, adding to the over-all uncomfortable experience.Moral: Do not buy something purely based on how cool it looks. I'll be giving these to my kids who have much larger heads than I do and buying the Logitech headset I know fit properly.

All right here we go, so the headset is amazing if your a teenager without a job or really any money to buy your own, however it clearly isn't for long term use. The sound quality is different and may take a tad bit of time to get used to. The mic is great however and the headset has lots of different adjustments in case you have a HUGE head or a really small one. The only semi-bad complaint I have is that im sort of awkward in the case that I don't like it when people hear what music im listening to and the headset doesn't soften the sound at all, in fact im pretty sure its louder with them off instead of on. Other than that the headset is amazing and its a definite buy! Good luck guys :D
