What's the ingredients listed?

I went to the Molly McButter website and found the ingredients: maltodextrin (a natural carbohydrate derived from corn), salt, natural butter flavor and other 100% natural flavors, butter, cornstarch, buttermilk solids, tricalcium phosphate, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, extract of annatto (color). Hope this helps.

Is there any real difference between Molly McButter and Butter Buds? I do notice Molly only has 5 calories.

Big difference. Molly McButter has a much softer texture and tus can coat foods better. I found that Butter Buds do not seem to flavor anything while Molly McButter really does lend a butter taste to foods. I use it mainly on air popped pop corn and when I create sauteed posole.

Why does it cost more than 3x as much as on Instacart?

Amazon has private sellers and they set the price not Amazon.
