The wire just barely fit inside the ferrule, but I did have to remove the insulating caps due to them not fitting over the wire jacket. Having the ferrule get crushed under the terminal block screw rather than the screw bearing down directly on the fine gauge wire strands certainly ensures a good, solid connection. No complaints.
