It was very hot first time I used it and it worked really well.It's just not as hot as it did the first time or it may just be the excitement.But it gets the job done ✔

Got this for my husband so he could do anything with his beard to make it look better. I was surprised by how good it was for such a low price I highly recommend.

My beard hair is about 2-3 inches long and a bit wild. All this does is warm your face a bit and burn if you press too hard. Leaves beard smelling of burn too. I like the little wooden comb but the rest is useless.

Good product

Not a good product, I unboxed it, plugged it , attempted to use it and it blew up and made a pop sound during the 5-8mins of using it ,it was very hot to hold by 7mins was too hot and smelling of burnt and I saw small fumes coming out. I quickly switched it off from plug mains wall and put it back into original box and sent it back to seller.Not a great product ,even Argos does a better product for same price! Disappointed when it blew up!re:safety issue.

Used this product a few times and every time I use it on my beard the comb teeth just fall out.The machine gets hot and I’m left with bits of plastic left on my floor!!Now it’s come to the stage where there is just hot metal on the comb which burns my cheek when I try and use the product on my beard.Not happy!

Avoid - trips out RCD circuit circuit breaker.This means there is a earth fault with the equipment and can cause serious shock or electrocution to the user. Avoid avoid avoid!
