Easy to use and clean. Bought ground beef (80/20) and ordered this the same night because I couldn't find wax sheets at my regular store. I am so glad I looked on here, the price was right, and the press is heavy duty enough I don't worry that it will break. The bottom of the form comes out like a spring form pan, assists with removing the patty without misshaping the patty. I handwash so I cannot attest how it holds up in the dishwasher. We haven't made any stuffed burgers yet, but it seems very straight forward

Easy to use and easy to clean. I love the bottom pop out feature, it's great. It allows me to remove the patty quickly and without it falling apart. A little trick of the trade, when making the patty's, use a little water on the bottom plate. This helps in removing the patty. I simply just dip my finger in a bowl of water, and tap it out on the bottom plate. I also use an ice cream scoop to portion out whatever meat it is that I'm making patty's with. Works great.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Looks sturdy. I would rate it 4, but the only thing missing is the instructions. You will have to figure it out. My burger press just arrived few days ago. Looking forward using it in few days esp on 4th of july.

This is a cool gadget. Makes great shaped burgers.

I used to have a metal restaurant type which worked well but was difficult to clean so it donated it. This is very easy to use and Clean. The paper inserts are great to put between burgers. I hope replacements are available, I don't really remember. If you want to have uniform patties, this is a great choice.

Works as advertised, only in my opinion the diameter of device is much to small. I use very lean beef for meat, without much fat, and fill the press with about 1/3lb +. On placing the meat in the skillet on a low flame, the meat shrank greatly, it didn't even match the diameter of a standard hamburger bun. Other points in the star rating above were justified.

Purchasing preformed burgers can be expensive, it’s much more cost-effective to buy ground beef and form them yourself, this is a great way to save money and, as a bonus you can create stuffed burgers which I’ve always wanted to try.It’s the perfect size and very well-made! Handy kitchen device to have!

Directions would have been helpful. I had to use my fingers before pressing to make sure the hamburger was evenly distributed. Had to guess how much hamburger to use to make a patty. Settled on a little over a 1/3 cup per patty.

Good quality thick plastic. I gave this as a gift to my husband. It is easy to clean, easy to use. He really liked the options for patty pressing and that it can create stuffed patties. Comes with wax circle papers to go between patties when storing.

I bought this press because it was on sale and it had, most of the sizes I liked with some round wax paperI've found it easy to use and really convenient as the "push out" bottom makes removing patties a cinch!However it feels really flimsy and easy to break and I was disappointed it only did 1/3 pound patties and not 1/2 pound patties. This did not make me return it though because its only 1-2 ounces difference and I could probably "jury rig" it.I would absolutely endorse this inexpensive patty press if you are sure about your desired sizes.Just make sure to have a good recipe or your "bigger" burgers will fall apart while cooking! Heh.

This tool turned out to be exceptionally useful. Easy to use and turned out very excellent meat patties.
