Cody James Dymondback Rasp - Best File for Trimming A Horse hoof - Choose Fine, Medium or Aggressive (Medium)

This rasp is awesome! I got the medium, plenty sharp, it makes the job so much easier. And Cody James customer service is awesome!

A foot trimmer friend recommended this to me so I can learn to do my horses' feet. This thing is sharp and works great. I don't think I'll ever have to replace it. Make sure you wear gloves!

I bought this as an upgrade to my cheap rasp. I wasnt sure I believed the hype but I knew what I would get with another normal rasp and so I took the chance after asking my facebook hoof trimming group for their opinions. I am so happy and it is very much worth the extra money. I started with the medium and I wont need the aggressive. It eats hooves and with very little effort. It will jam up if you apply too much pressure and it's an adjustment to learn to use but worth the effort once you get your method and rhythm. You can use it with or without the frame. If you have been considering it, buy it.

I'm almost 70 with Arthritis in my wrist and decided to give this a try. It is fabulous.I am able to still trim my horses.

I had heard very good reviews from farriers about this rasp, so I had to give it a try.... wow, awesome! Well worth the price! Liked it so much I got another one so I have both the medium and aggressive. Need a good hoof rasp? This is the best!

I trim our 3 barefoot horses and got tired of rasps wearing out. This one looks like it will last a long time. It has a good bite, and requires little pressure. Trimming goes fast with this tool. It is coarse, so finish with a finer rasp.
