I bought this to have a throw in my pack traveling musical instrument. Nope. I did not know how to play it. It is both easy and challenging. But the best part is the total quality makes learning fun. And it is pleasant to very tones and discover the unwritten music inside me. It can sounds cheery or fairly haunting.And it might be aerobic Zen because I feel like I'm definitely taking slow deep therapeutic breathes.YouTube has lots of how to videos. Plus it comes with a book. Still I prefer just discovering the tones. And unlike the piano and flute- it doesn't make my dogs bark. Interesting. Ps it arrived in less than 2 weeks from China and China Post provided a tracking number which really amused me...

I'm not really a fan of woodwing instruments and was really skeptical about ocarinas. Not so much anymore; at least with this ocarina. With the instructions, it eliminates all of the guess-work while trying to produce different notes. The notes are beautifully-toned. So much so that my daughter stole my ocarina after playing through the notes a few times. She took it to her room, and has been trying to play songs for a couple hours. The craftsmanship was excellent for the ocarina and stand that it came with. I would say, a bit heavy for my taste, but it also comes with a cord to wear it like a necklace, if need be; I'm assuming to reduce strain/fatigue. I'm 100% satsfied!! Thank you, Kmise!!

This is a legitimate Ocarina. It can be played as a real instrument, which makes it perfect for accurate cosplays. It also comes with a little stand in the shape of a hand, a neck cord, and a song book. The stand is not very useful as the weight of the ocarina makes it too hard to balance it on the stand it comes with. The neck cord is serviceable, albeit it may get in the way sometimes when trying to hit certain notes. The song book not only teaches you everything you need to know to get started using the ocarina, it also comes with 6 beginner level songs to get you going on your musical journey.8/10 Would recommend.

Great ocarina super good quality and very in tune but DO NOT use the case, i was carrying it around when the button on the case broke and i fumbled and the ocarina slid right out and broke on the ground super glue worked great 👍

I haven't checked to see if it's in tune, because it likely isn't. *Edit* I was right haha. This is supposed to be in C. It is in F. Fun, but ultimately not much cheaper than the tuned STL version. Wish I'd researched first v_vBut it's close enough to get a feel for ocarinas and help decide if you should invest in a professional model. STL Ocarinas is the go to for those and have many $30-50 models that will be much better quality than this one.The stand it comes with is hilariously pointless. Use it at your own risk, because it WILL tip over even after you manage to balance it on the tiny thing. STL also sells stands.All in all it looks amazing and is a lot of fun to play. My niece and nephew are going to love it :)
