Seem to be good quality magnesium, also vegan and gluten free :-)
These are quite large, so not always swallowed easily. However, the important thing is that my sleep quality has improved slightly after a few weeks of taking them. This is judging by the analysis on the Fitbit app, which I find to be quite accurate - for example, when I have felt tired in the morning the app has rated my sleep quality as fair rather than good.Since taking the magnesium, I have more REM sleep, sufficient deep sleep and fewer awake episodes. I will continue to use this brand (I like magnesium citrate, and this brand is vegan and gluten free).

Effective, high dose for a value-for-money price
I started researching for a magnesium supplement after recently learning that magnesium deficiency is the rule not the exception for most people, and especially because most soils are so depleted nowadays that even with a diet rich in vegetables, you may not be getting enough magnesium.I have also been suffering from a strange condition for the past year where as I sleep during the night, the joints in my fingers would become stiff, and the joints in my fourth and little fingers in particular would hurt if I tried to curl my fingers into a fist, as if the tendons were catching on something. Each morning when I awoke, I would have to slowly and gingerly curl my fingers to loosen them up.I bought this particular supplement to try because it is in the most easily absorbable form of magnesium citrate, and it provides a high-enough daily dose. The first time I took it was in the morning, 1 whole tablet, on an empty stomach. I found the tablet to be too large to swallow easily but did manage to get it down.I found that it is indeed easily absorbable as I experienced diarrhoea soon after taking the 1 whole tablet. (This happens if you take more magnesium than your body needs). So the next day, I took half a tablet before going to bed at night, and half a tablet first thing in the morning. I have found that this works really well for me, and half a tablet is easier to swallow too. That first night after taking half a tablet, I found that I didn't develop any stiff joints and I was able to sleep in comfort for the first time in a year!I have kept up with this routine now for 3 weeks and while the stiff finger joints have returned on occasion, most nights I am pain-free.So I am really happy about this and plan to stay on this supplement.

Huge tablets!
I agree with some of the other reviews about the size of the capsule. I have never had problems with swallowing tablets or capsules before, but these are really big and not pleasant to swallow, so I will not be ordering them again.

Improved my sleep :-)
I've been taking magnesium for a couple of years now - I'm a shift worker and the main reason I started taking it was to help me sleep, as I was routinely sleeping for only 3-4hrs at a time (which clearly wasn't enough...!). Using magnesium (amongst other things) I managed to get my sleep up to around 5hrs - still not enough, but a huge improvement on what I'd been getting before.I ran out of tablets a few weeks ago so I ordered this brand (Sash) for the first time, as it had good reviews and the big bottle looked good value for money. During the short time I've been taking them my sleep has actually improved even further, having increased to 6hrs and even 7hrs on a couple of occasions. The amount of magnesium in these tablets is slightly higher than the ones I was using before (220mg instead of 200mg) so I don't know if the improvement is due to the higher dose or a better product... either way I'm very happy with my purchase and I will stick with these from now on.

Really good
Have been looking for high quality, well priced magnesium citrate tablets for some time as we get through quite a few in our family. So I was glad to have found these - they have a high quantity of elemental magnesium and are a very competitively priced compared to many other brands but don't compromise on effectiveness. Have noticed improved sleep already. These are tablets so are a little larger than the capsules I've previously used but I have not had any trouble swallowing them.

Wow! This definitely cured my muscle tightness and Restless Leg Syndrome
I'm a very skeptical guy and never put too much trust on supplements because I thought probably 99% of them just have a placebo effect on people. However, I must confess I'm blown away - Magnesium Citrate improved DRAMATICALLY my quality of life. I'm still baffled and still can't believe it's true. For almost one year I've been suffering from a constant muscle tightness, back and neck pain, and restless leg syndrome. It's like feeling all the muscles of my body extremely tight and this made my joints crack all the time. I had to get up 5 to 5 minutes just to crack my back and neck because I felt a strong urge to do so.I think it was related to my RLS. It was making my life horrible and I couldn't manage to enjoy my life without that constant discomfort. I guess I choose to drink just to numb the pain so I could momentarily enjoy life.I have a mild case of scoliosis and kyphosis so I thought probably it was due to my muscle imbalances or chronic pain. So, I've been to the doctor which said all was ok, been to an osteopath, a masseuse. I thought maybe it was related to stress and anxiety. So I tried meditation, tried myofascial release, I tried many things.I read online about magnesium, I had taken it some years ago but I didn't had this problem before. After 1 week I noticed my joints, back, neck didn't crack almost at all and I felt very relaxed. I immediately thought maybe it was the stress reduction techniques or the 2 months of daily meditation.I was happy and surprised. Later that night I was going to bed and saw the magnesium bottle at my desk, and then I connected the dotsApparently I was insanely deficient in magnesium. I read somewhere that alcohol could have the effect of depleting magnesium levels even further. So it makes sense. So if you're having some problems as muscle tightness to RLS just give magnesium a try.
