I love melted cheese on so many things..but the way it melts isn't consistent. This is a game changer and delivers exactly as it says it will. I always want to support great products that are shipped quickly!!

Works, but not very well made

Purchased as an xmas gift. So far it seems to work well, it is easy to use and folds up nicely. The 'giftee' loves it and uses it constantly.

I didn’t have high expectations of this but it did do the job, I assume it’ll probably only work a handful of times then the cheese will start sticking to the pan. At first we accidentally Burned the cheese bottom having it too close to the lower grate, just remember low and slow heat

If you love Raclette, but you are dining by yourself, this is a great alternative. Easy to clean--although I would swipe with a napkin any residue in its corners to avoid any debris becoming difficult to clean once cold. Watch the handle, as it does not hold a firm setting and might fold into its storage position.

I bought this as an xmas gift so it has not been tested as far as I know. When it was delivered, I was surprised to find it was lighter than I expected but the product looks quite sturdy. Unfortunately, the paper packaging was ripped completely in 2 sections so it did not look presentable and I had to cut it to make it look nicer for a gift. Other than that, I think its fine.
