A great eye lid gel
I can’t say enough good things about the Optase Tea Tree Oil Eyelid Cleansing Gel! As someone who struggles with blepharitis, finding the right product has been a journey. I’ve tried numerous options, but this gel stands out for a couple of key reasons. First off, the application process is a game changer. Unlike other products that require fiddly pads, you can simply use your fingers to apply this gel. It feels more personal and less like a chore, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with irritation. Just a quick pump and a gentle massage during my shower, and I’m good to go! It’s become a soothing part of my routine, almost like a mini self-care moment. The tea tree oil is a lovely touch too. Not only does it help with cleansing, but it also has that refreshing sensation that makes your eyelids feel clean and revitalized. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in discomfort since I started using it, and that’s been a relief. Overall, if you're battling blepharitis or just want a more effective and user-friendly eyelid cleanser, I highly recommend giving Optase a try. It’s really made a difference for me.

Seems to be dealing with dry eye
Pharmacist advised persisting with eye ointment to deal with possible infection causing itching eyes. This did not alleviate symptoms but eye wash from reputable manufacturer helped. Then found that one eye tended to water. Perhaps these issues can be difficult to sort out but "dry eye" was mentioned. Tried a spray from a leading manufacturer and it was effective but difficult to apply accurately. As promised, it offered immediate and long term relief explaining how the eyelashes helped distribute the medication. In comparison with the spray the Optase gel is easy to apply effectively. It seems to have resolved my problems. No adverse effects in not washing the gel away soon after application but it it leaves a sticky residue that users of cosmetic make up might find an issue
