Hampton Art Pastel Embossing Collection

I just recently started using heat embossing powders for my cards, and figured a good way to go would be to purchase a couple of "sampler" of small amounts of different colors. This was one of the samplers I purchased.VERY happy with this! You get two bottles of each color: one is "plain"; the other has some sparkle to it. I've been using these on my spring and summer cards. The hot pink, especially, is lovely, and works great with the yellow and green.The quality is good, too. It's a nice fine-grained powder that adheres well to the Versamark ink I use ( Tsukineko Full-Size VersaMark Pigment Inkpad, Clear ). I've been using these small spoons to help place the powder when I use mulitple colors on the same stamped image  Petite Mini Tasting Spoons 50 Per Pack .A little powder goes a long way, so these will last quite a long time. Good product!

These were my first purchase of embossing powders, did not want to overspend until I found out if I would like using them. I am pleased with them, the colors are subtle and have since bought more with deeper hues---a good buy to try them out--

Wish it was a finer grain. Not for fine detail work, but otherwise okay. I needed some lighter colors but find its use a bit limited because of the coarseness. Could have done without the glitter bottles, more colors instead would have been a better choice. Oh well...

I am not up on embossing but I used this a few times and it melted fine but not raised much at all. So I am not sure If I like the look or not.,,

I thought this would be an inexpensive way to expand my collection of embossing powders. Sometimes you get what you pay for. This was my case. The texture and sheen of the heat embossed images are not the quality I expected. I will find use for them. However, I will not purchase again.

Whaaaat! How are these such a good price? They are gorgeous colors (and so many of them!) and they melt beautifully. Great value and a wonderful chance to try and play with a bunch of colors

Was not what I expected. Poor cuality. I do not recomend this product. Does not melt how it such be.

Very nice, but would be nicer if the set came with a small funnel.
