This knife was gifted to me 15 years ago and remains my favorite slicer. Never needs sharpening, goes through all rinds, baguettes, tomatoes, lemons, root vegetables etc. It is NOT a chopper. It’s easy on my old hands. I’m giving it as gifts myself for next Xmas.

This is a great utility knife and excellent quality. It is the most used knife I own. Very sharp and cuts cleanly and effortlessly through everything.

This knife is one of several that I own in the Grand Prix II line. The weight and size of this knife are perfect for me. It is billed as a sausage knife but I seem to use it the most for tomatoes....slices through them effortlessly with nice clean edges.

We bought this knife to add to our Wüsthof Grand Prix block set. While it had a large breadknife it lacked a smaller one for rolls, bagels and brötchen . We love this one because it is small enough to keep on the table for breakfast.
