I've since learned that NAC is also supposed to boost the immune system.

NAC is great for so many things: supporting glutathione production, detoxing liver and kidneys, regulating glutamate (neurotransmitter), decreasing inflammation And preventing oxidative damage. What’s not to love? I’ve used several other products and this one has been my favorite. No weird smell and love that it’s vegan since I can’t tolerate most gelatin capsules.

I use this for all sorts of things, both in and out of the capsule. I love that it is not full of annoying fillers that make it difficult to work with; glycerol esters is a great way to deliver this product because the entire capsule filling dissolves quickly in water.
