Great Product
Bought for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Great video quality and easy to use. Came with everything you need to use straight out of the box. Highly recommend.

Cheap but works!
Cheap for the price (and don't worry, it's legit lol)

Good value, pleased overall for what I am using it for
I like the outcome of the quality of the video, but it seems that at some light levels it has some bad transitions. I do not like that the sound is cut out about 95% with the waterproof case on but is not a huge deal for me. There is no way to mount it outside of the waterproof case using any of the accessories, so if you want sound, you will have to hold it in your hand while recording. If you're looking to make videos and add sound later, then, this would be a decent camera. I bought another Akaso camera with more features like zoom, a mount option without the waterproof case for sound recording, EIS, touch screen, and some other video quality options which I will be reviewing soon. Just got a couple of days ago and am excited to get out and test it out!Cheers!

Love it!
It works great and is very simple to use. I mainly use it to get pictures and videos underwater and the quality and sound is great!

If you're considering an action camera but shying away from the price of the hugely recognizable brand then this is for you! It's a fantastic value!Pros:- great pic quality- great video quality- unlimited and readily available accessories- ready to use in about an hour- camera functions are intuitive- mobile app is easy to useThe only "con" I'll speak to is in regards to the camera not being waterproof. Now I knew this when I bought it but considered the small burden of having to use a waterproof case to be well worth saving over $200 from the waterproof brand with nearly the same features all around.This thing rocks for the price and continues to exceed my expectations.

Don’t trust these with important moments
I bought two of these cameras, opposed to getting an insta or GoPro, because of the price. I severely regret that decision. Sometimes they work great and give you clear, stable footage BUT sometimes they just stop working for no reason (plenty of memory, plenty of battery). There is nothing you can do to get those moments back. I had these cameras mounted on my motorcycle during the eclipse and NEITHER got any footage, even though one got footage earlier that day and they both were indicating that they were recording. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I just keep trying and thinking that I did something wrong but this just happens too much. I’ve tried different memory cards, too. Same thing. The first one that I bought works SLIGHTLY better than the second one. I am past the return window so I’m just stuck with the expense of these AND having to pay to replace them with what I should have bought in the first place. Not with the “savings”.
