I love these baking mats, they are perfect and keep the bottoms of my baked goods from getting too dark or sticking. A must have for any baker, no matter your skill level.

I really like using silicone baking sheets, they are good for the environment and great for cooking, makes cleaning the pans a breeze. This set comes with 5 baking sheets: two 1/2 sheet, 1/4 sheet, square baking pan and a round baking pan. They are non-stick and they allow food to crisp up as it should. My only complaint and the reason I’m giving 4 stars is the baking sheets are all slightly larger than the pan size they are made for. This isn’t a huge deal except on the cake pans where they really need to lie flat in the pan. These silicone baking mats have a fiberglass grid between the silicone which helps to retain heat and allows for better heat transmission, which is great, but also means you cannot trim these mats. Overall these are great mats, maybe I just need new pans now. I recommend these mats.

Love these mats. Love the different sizes. Quite a savings when you consider the different sizes you receive. Price is great for the quality of the product. Like the type of silicone used used in the mats. Super easy to clean. Wishing now that this KP Kitchen made a very large mat for kneading bread, making dinner rolls or pie crusts. Can't imagine now great that would be. Since I make a fair amount of Brioche, a silicone pan with traditional fluted edge for Brioche would just be a bonus. Muy funcionales

I love using these. They are a bit of a pain to clean but no big deal. They protect my baking sheets well and don't leave a smell of taste on my food. I don't need parchment paper anymore.

My wife is very happy with this set. This the only set I've seen that has the variety of sizes to fit the most used baking pans that I've seen my wife use. Saves on the waste when parchment paper is always used. I would highly recommend this product.
