I LOVE LOVE THIS PAN!
I bought this pan because it had such an interesting shape. It arrived and unlike my 30 year old bunt pan it was really heavy. I LOVE IT!It was so detailed I was concerned the cake would stick in the grooves on trying to remove it. NEVER HAPPENED.I sprayed generously with butter flavored cooking spray and let it sit upside down while mixing my cake. My cake recipe was a regular from scratch old fashion cake. It came nearly to the top of the pan and I scraped from the center core to the outer edges to make sure all of the detail showed. When it was fully baked and cooled for about 10 minutes I turned it over on a cooling rack and it came out of the pan slick as a whistle. Nothing was left stuck inside the crevices AT ALL!Clean up was a snap. Just filled with soapy water and swished around my dish cloth to remove any cooking spray. I never use any kind of abrasive on the inside of my pans. For those who do ... be warned you will end up with sometimes invisible to the eye scratches that will eventually ruin your pans ... this includes good stainless steel and enamel coated cast iron as well as your porcelain sinks. This produces a cake so beautiful I hated to glaze it and cover up the beautiful design. A sprinkle of powdered sugar was actually all it needed even though I did glaze anyway ;)What can I say? I love glaze and frosting as much as I like the cake.

Beautiful Bundt!
I've never made a bundt cake or owned a bundt pan, but when a friend requested an angelfood cake for her birthday, I looked for the prettiest pan possible. This one truly is impressive. Heavyweight, maybe a little smaller than normal, but definitely still looks like a good sized cake. (I was wary, since the pan in the listing looks kind of small, in the photo where it's next to a hand.)I used a recipe that said it made 10 cups of batter, I filled this pan up to the decorative base border, and had enough batter left for 2 small cupcakes. I was worried the intricate design wouldn't release the finished cake, but I took time to brush melted butter & dust with flour in all the crevasses, and the cake fell out perfectly when I upended the pan. The photos show the naked angelfood cake, and after it was decorated. (The sparkles are from photo-editing, but they seemed appropriate!) My friend loved her cake.

Makes beautiful cakes but requires buttering and flouring first
This is a beautiful cake pan that produces beautiful cakes! The big drawback to me is that the directions that come with it state that you ought to butter and flour the pan before pouring cake batter in it and using it. This is a non-stick pan, but it requires the same steps a pan that is not non-stick requires. Ugh.If you skip these steps, I have heard that it can be a nightmare to clean. If you follow these steps, clean-up is easy.

Nordicware always making great products
Built to last, A bakers dream. I chose " Notre Dame Catherdral" first over this pan. I had second thoughts when I saw a finished product picture, that told me I should buy it also. Don't wait. It makes a great presentation. Nordic like Amazon has great customer service too. They will even text you.

Superb pan
As yet, I have not used it, however, I have several other Nordicware bundt pans and I know they will bake superb bundts, with the use of bakers spray prior, cleanup will just take less than a minute or two...love my Nordicware...

Beautiful cakes!
You must use solid shortening to grease in every crevice, & dust with flour. You then have a gorgeous cake! I have gotten so many compliments!

Pretty
This pan has a nice thickness but is too small for what we were wanting. It hasn’t been tested as it’s being returned but appears to be easy enough to clean nicely.

I greased the pan with butter and dusted with flour and then had no trouble removing the cake after baking. It makes a beautiful design.

Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!

I'm happy
Bundt may be expensive, but durability is excellent. One of our Bundts, brought back when my wife was living in America, is either close to, or over 50 years old and still used frequently.
