I received a defective part with no way to contact manufacturer. Paid for install, now have to pay for a new part and new install. Please refund me my money.The lock function works but the door close sensor does not. It always says my door is open.

The inside door latch is so tight the door won't open from the side. Took it out its hard even with your hand. It will work from the outside but not the inside. Waste of money.

came on time but plastic catch for one of the rods broke after a short time and i had to use the original to make it work.

It doesn’t work I finally had the chance to install this over the weekend and it gave out and doesn’t even work causing me to have a locksmith come unlock me paying $125. Would never buy this brand AGAIN!

I would like to punch the person who designed the placement of the actuator. It took a couple of hours to do the install, but afterwards, all works great.
