I use a Mellita pour-over brewer (with a filter). Will this coffee pair well with this method?

Yes, Melitta pour-over brewers are a great way to brew many coffees! They're able to pull out some of the more complex and/or delicate flavors than most electric drip brewers. That being said, we typically recommend using a Whole Bean coffee and grinding it just before brewing in a pour over. This way you can keep the coffee as fresh as possible to pull some of those complex flavors out, and you can custom grind it to a setting that is most appropriate for a pour-over. We usually recommend a grind that's slightly more course than our pre-ground, which is intended for electric drip brewers. Happy brewing!

Can this be used in an espresso machine?

This coffee is ground for an electric drip brewer, it would be too coarse for an espresso machine. Thank you!

Does not say what kind of coffee beans on bag. I can only drink decaff and as this is very good for decaff and Swiss water processed, i do enjoy this one the best so far.

is this ground for drip coffee or for espresso?

Ground Allegro Coffee's are ground for automatic/electric drip coffee makers. This is typically more of a medium grind. Thanks!
