Good product, attentive seller.
Seems to work fine and super cheap so easily replacable when it wears out. I contacted the business when I received three long posts and only one short post for the receiver, they contacted me back very quickly and were willing to replace the post I needed but I took one off one of my ole collars which worked just fine. I appreciate how they contacted be so quickly and were willing to work with me on this problem that ended up not being a problem. This company has lots of "stuff" and I would most likely use them again for this collar or something else.

Has a strong shock. Try on yourself before your pet
Works as advertised and very effective. My dog and the UPS and Mail trucks just dont get along, and when they arrive, resulted in lots of anxiety for my 21lb Westie. ((including barking, running, and scratching the paint off of the area under my dining room window as she scratched to look out). A couple of short zaps on the shock mode got her attention very quickly and included small yelps. Made me concerned so I tried it on my hand. YOWZAH. Had it set at 90 (ranges from 1 to 100) and it was far too strong for her, in my opinion. I set it down to a "2" and tried it again on myself, and it still got my attention, but was notably a less severe shock. From there, I only used the non shock vibrate feature on her, and she got the message quickly. A strong verbal "NO!" followed immedaitely by pressing the button to vibrate the collar, and it modifies the excess barking and reduces the anxiety quickly. One note: If you need this at night, you may want to consider one with a backlit face so that you can see what you are doing

I wood definitely recommend this product
This was too large for our 15lb rat terrier mix we thought he was a lab and would grow more. We didn't know what he was when we got him from the spca. Regardless the seller took our refund well after the date. They were extremely helpful to work with. The product although it didn't fit worked very well. I have had a 300 dollar shock collar before and this rivals that. That and I can buy 10 for the price of one. It had more features than the 300 dollar one anyway. I wood definitely recommend this product. Can't speak for the longevity but it seemed well built. And if it's not then order another. My 300 dollar one only lasted a year with minimal use which was just outside the warranty. I would recommend giving this a try if your unsure of how your dog will respond.

It is too easy to push the channel button
First impression: This is a very cheap (versus inexpensive) knock-off. The remote is very light and it feels fragile. It feels so fragile that it seems one accidental drop and it will shatter. The collar device / receiver seems inherently flawed--the red light inconsistently flashes, depending on its orientation. It is very difficult to tell when the receiver completes charging and it seems the remote never completes charging. It is frustrating to use. It is too easy to push the channel button, toggling your your beeps, buzzes, or zaps to the ghost collar instead of your dog's collar. While training, you notice that your dog is not responding, to find out the device has timed out and you need to click the "mode" button to wake it to push the "Y" button to beep, buzz, or zap your dog.On the "Y" button. I'm surprised this counter-intuitive product could make it to market. The bit "Zap them NOW" button is instead the "mode" button. The "Zap them NOW" button is on the side--across from the channel button. In other words, the command button has the same functional priority as the channel button. The mode button dominates. How difficult would it have been to make the 1/2 channel button a recessed switch on the side? How difficult would it have been to make the BIG button the command (zap) button? Most of the time, I am doing something related to click-training, retrieving, or things around the house. In the first two, I am too focused on the task at hand to easily operate this remote. In the case of working around the house, by the time I have the remote in my hand, push the Y button, realize that the remote is not awake, push the mode button, then push the Y button--our dog has realized I'm fussing with the zap remote and has ceased the criminal activity. This is a starter set. But beware--if you have no experience with a wireless training device, this product might give you a bad impression of remote training devices. I would not take this unit into the field.Batman would die if he had to rely on such an awkward, cheap, and unreliable device. This is not Batman gear. Stay away.

Works as advertised. But there's a glitch for clutzes like me.
Well, first it works. Very well! But the design is a bit "odd" for me at least. I expected the "big" button to be the one that sends the signal to either shock or vibrate. I set the collar on vibrate and it worked great but after a couple of times of reminding the dog not to bark re: vibrate I somehow pushed the wrong button and it got switched to "shock". I didn't know it and the dog got a bit yappy when folks came in so I pushed the button. She "yelped" and ran and hid. I looked at the controller and noticed it was on "shock". It got moved there by me accidentally. I quit using it. If you're a neanderthal like me and don't understand these new things then I'd recommend getting one that has an actual thumb slider "switch" that has to be manually moved from one position to another rather than moving it via an errant push of a button by the keys in your pocket or whatever might push the button to change the function. Other than that it worked and worked very well though our pet is still not wholly over the whole "shocking" event. And quite frankly, I felt terrible for the poor thing. My mistake and she paid dearly for it.

Great product for price
Works great, bought for my dog who likes to go across the road to visit my neighbour. Wouldn’t be a big issue if we didn’t live on the main trucking route. The beep and vibration mode are all that I’ve needed, really have no intention of using the shock button!

Definitely a Good starter
Many people get this for different reasons and I say if you're going to get it for a dog thats extremely Hard to listen then spend the extra money, don't cheap out if your animal is batshit crazy then complain about the product.I have an 85 LB Doberman and she was at times batshit crazy when she saw other dogs but if you use it with training your dog WILL listen. Now I would just like to make something clear Idid not buy this to shock my dog because the vibration works well enough for us, you get their attention and when they listen praise them. If my dog was running away I would mildly shock her but it hasn't come to that. ALL im saying is you dont need to shock you dog, you can use any setting, just also spend time training. If you are one of those dog owners this collar would work for you. :)HONEST CONS- If you are using the shock you may have to tighten a little too much ( for me ) in order for denser fur dogs to feel.-Pretty noticableDoesn't need 100 levels, You can do the same thing over 10-20 levels.
