Good multi spray action previous one cracked at the side probably because I left it out in the freezing weather

Purchased the Fitlife garden hose last summer complete with nozzle spray. First time using this year water spurted out of side of nozzle along handle seam. Assumed because left out over winter it had warped so my fault. Ordered new nozzle spray but it came without connector which was shown with it in illustration. As I have arthritic wrists I was unable to remove connector from old nozzle so had to wait for my gardener to do it and attach it to the new nozzle. I will make sure I store it away next winter and hope no problem next year. PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING THIS NOZZLE IT IS NOT AS ILLUSTRATED.

Incredibly useful but it does leak a bit between the hose and the head

Bought this to replace an identical one from FitLife which had cracked due to being left out overnight on the coldest night of the year..my fault entirely. that one worked perfectly, good connection, no drips, "On/off" trigger was just that..open to let water flow, closed to shut it off.The replacement was fine at first, then after 2 months the trigger stopped working...even in the closed position the water still flowed out at some rate.Couple of e.mails exhanged showing photos and a description of the fault....had a reply in which they made vague reference to residual water flow blah blah blah, as if this was entirely to be expected.No it's not!!! The trigger should close off the flow when it's shut.I appreciate it's only a £20 item but that's not the point...it wasn't fit for purpose.

I was disappointed with my last nozzle spraying out down the sides. It was the first time after the winter and was kept in the shed. Unusable and expensive to replace. You cannot use any other make nozzle with it, so I would be upset if this one goes the same way. This new one has to be clicked exactly otherwise I had a leak from it. I reserve judgement.I received this on the 6th June and it is already leaking where you slide on and off. There is obviously a design fault. You cant use any other nozzle with it. The actual hose is good.
