I ended up putting a collared shirt underneath because it was short on me. I originally ordered a medium. I noticed at checkout that no size was listed with my purchase, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to show there. So, I chose Medium and completed my order. When the sweater arrived, the packing slip said 2/L. It was huge. Since I couldn't really prove I ordered a Medium, I returned at my own expense. I reviewed the sizing chart and decided to exchange for a small. This was for a Christmas present and I wasn't hearing anything from the company about the status. I searched around and found a way to contact them via their website. I sent an email and they did respond promptly. I received the replacement sweater in a few days. Unfortunately, the small was too small. It was a Christmas gift, so I returned it after the holiday. Per their return policy - which is difficult to find - they only accept returns within 7 days. It's been three weeks since I returned it and have not received a replacement nor a refund, so I will continue to try to contact them. Had I received the size medium that I originally ordered, I supposed none of this would have happened. Not a great experience.1/24/13 - I wanted to provide an update. After I emailed the company, I received an email saying that due to low stock, they would not be able to exchange the sweater and would be crediting my account for the price of the sweater plus postage. In the end, I feel like they were accommodating and honest.
